The process was seamless and there was a lot of information given but it was easy to get clarification from the concierge dept. contact with the transport company was good as well and my puppy was even delivered a little earlier than expected.

Everything went smoothly which I really appreciated. There were lots of puppy info/care about taking care of a new puppy. I was very impressed with the care we received via multiple emails. Lots of emails keeping us informed all the way through the process of adopting, welcoming our new family member, and the responsibility we have to care for her.

This was the 2nd time I purchased a fur baby from Pawrade and overall the experience was fine. However, if I had to rate the two times I dealt with them; I would have to say that the 1st time was better than the recent one. The timeliness in which was my questions were answered were a bit delayed after I was handed over to another person that would help me with making arrangements to bring my puppy home. I also requested a call back twice and did not received a call. Everything was pretty much done over emails and text messages. The person I dealt with when I had questions about the puppy I was thinking of purchasing was very responsive. She immediately texted me back and called me to answer my questions so I was very pleased with her. Perhaps in the future the same person can handle the entire transaction from beginning to end to minimize confusion.

Admittingly, going into the adoption website was a bit nerve-wracking for me not knowing how this would go. However, after initial talks and communique, I must admit I was utterly impressed and have nothing but great remarks for Pawrade. Their communication and handling of all aspects were flawless. Great job by the entire team. Thank you you all for helping us bring home a new member of the family.

I received a lot of communication at the beginning. Then when time for delivery not so much. I had requested that the dog not arrive on the Jan 9-11 and of course the dog arrived at 1:30am on the ninth. Caused to to have to hire a driver to return to Mexico. The dog arrived happy and healthy and the driver seemed very sweet. It would have been nice to know in advance that the dog would have no collar or leash. Otherwise everyone was very nice and a good experience. Thank you Gina

This is the second time I have used Pawrade to get a puppy! In October 2023, I got my first mini blue Merle schnauzer and she is beautiful. I got my second last night and he is a mini blue Merle schnauzer and a handsome boy! Pawrade is a wonderful company to work with they keep in touch with you, I used the courier service which brought both puppies right to my front door. I highly recommend Pawrade.

Excellent communication from the day I showed interest until the day after the puppies arrived. I purchased 2 male pups from the same litter. What. A. Pure. Joy! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pawrade to anyone who wants to adopt high quality breeds with high quality service.

I was very concerned with the transaction ( on line, payment structure, commitment without knowing much about breeder, his parents, vet visit notes). Each time I brought this concern up, I was verbally reassured this was not an on line scam. There were a couple times that I didn’t trust this was legit and was looking for a refund do to issues that came up. I was told no refunds and was reassured again that this transaction was going to work for us. The transportation company was GREAT! Now we have the puppy and feel a lot better about the purchase, THANK YOU all. Now he needs to get to the vet. Thank you for all your assistance and keeping this going along. Bill

Pretty seamless process; except for nailing down the puck up and delivery date to meet the 72 requirements for scheduling an examination and declares in time. There’s definitely room for improvement here with needed communication.
Parade was awesome to work with. They were in constant communication from when we were trying to make the decision on which puppy, until after he was delivered. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.
The process was very thorough and easy to follow. Everyone was professional and very helpful.

It was an exceedingly easy process to locate my new pup through Pawrade. The selection of available puppies was excellent, the pricing is half what it is locally for a new puppy, and the communication/delivery is consistent, timely, and detailed. Plus, my new puppy is everything I was hoping for in a new little companion.

It was easy to work with the staff. I wish I could have spoken to the breeder and that was never made possible. I also wished I had some say on the delivery of the pet. With my job, it was not the smoothest of deliveries. And I am very happy with them.
Overall, I would probably rate this experience as a 4.8 (if I could have a point vs star system). This was first time to use a third party in purchasing a puppy from a breeder. So the communication was different than I have experienced in the past. Overall, though, I felt a sense of security based on the communication with your team members that I was purchasing a puppy that would be healthy and would be from a reputable breeder. The only thing I would have preferred was the ability to speak to Breeder directly at one point in the purchasing process. Otherwise, your company was direct and timely with responses and provided thorough information re: process. Each member of your team was friendly, informative, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. And I would and have already mentioned your company to those who I have spoken to about how we obtained our new family member. Thank you, so much. We love her already!!
