After reading the negative reviews, I decided to wait at least a month before posting my own. My experience with Pawrade was relatively smooth. They were very responsive and upfront about the health and status of my pup. The timeline went as expected, the only improvement I would suggest is the communication from the drivers, as I opted to have my pup driven to me. I hadn't heard anything about how her head-to-tail checkup went to ensure she was healthy enough to travel. This would've been on a Sunday, and I was only notified on Thursday at 6pm that they would be arriving six hours later at midnight with my puppy. So, slight gap there, but since we were expecting our puppy, it wasn't a huge deal. Unless something major happens, the 30-day insurance is worthless and expect to fully house-train your pup. Overall, I'd say we were lucky and are very happy with the new member of our family.

I read good reviews and thought I'll try to get my son his dream dog (shiba inu). With the cost, was excited and nervous because of the unknown. But with all the professionals and everything, I would do it again . They are so awesome and professional people who loves all the animals and make sure they will answer any questions. Very well organized from start to finish. From my first call inquiring about my pup, going over all the options & costs keeping in mind the welfare of the pup at every step. In my case my pup was flown home to me. I was given a cargo # which I could check what time he first arrived at the airport, when he was in transit, when he was waiting for 2nd flight & when he arrived. Thank you to Dan, Donna & Cindy for getting me my beautiful pup. Definitely a good experience.

I had been watching Akemi for a while and she was reserved before I could. I sent a comment on how she was my dream puppy and to just kind of be kept in the know if another puppy like her showed up again. A couple days later, I was told that due to some unforseen circumstances, she couldn't go to the first people who reserved her and if I'd be interested. Of course I was!! After she arrived home, she warmed up almost immediately, as if she knew I was her human all along. I'm so incredibly happy that she's my little princess.

I received Eleonor sick for 2 days without eating or drinking water does not do activity yesterday take her to the vet and tell me that she has a bacteria , I'm no happy with the process

False advertising about any type of training, interaction with other dogs except litter mates which was verified by a conference call with breeder, and very difficult to get pictures and videos other than what is posted in the beginning. I would not use Pawrade again and should have done more due diligence on what I was getting into. Puppy arrived safe and healthy and I am glad to have my fur baby.

I was very happy using Pawrade. New to finding a puppy on line and very suspicious of web sites, Pawrade was very professional and informative throughout the process. My only confusion was the 30 day free Met life policy. I thought the policy covered the first visit less the $50 deductible. When I called Met life, I was told the policy is for emergency situations. I did however purchase a policy from them that covered everything at 90% less my deductible . In my situation , Pawrade was great. My puppy arrived happy and healthy.
