Very nice people, very quick reply times that answer all qiestions. Four things I find an inconvenience. For one, as a buyer I had no direct contact with the breeders, this was very minor, since the reps at pawrade did their best for all thurogh communication as a third party. Secondly, I was told the puppy came with her shots. They were not completed, so out of my pocket I spend more on finalizing vaccinations. Third of all, the listing had the puppy as AKC certified. Come to find out, it was a lie. Healthy pup, decent price delivery. And lastly, there is way, way too much supervision involced in buying a pet. Under contract its strict i am unallowed to have my own dog breed if i wanted her to, i am required to upload any vet appointments, and they make you avoid several veteranarians, when you buy a dog here, dont expect to feel like you fully actually own the animal. It feels more like a rental. It's a decent experience. I would rate 5 stars if these problems weren't existant.

Pawrade was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! They really knocked it out of the park on every level. The communication, coordination, delivery, and attention to detail in care and well being of the pup were all 1000%. I can't thank them enough for everything that they did for me and my little fur baby. I would (and will) ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anybody that is looking to add a little fuzzy family member. I can't express my appreciation enough!!!

My wife and I are extremely happy with our Pawrade experience! We had been looking for a Shiba Inu breeder for more than a year and are so glad we came across the website. We found a beautiful little Shiba Inu puppy that was available! After putting in a request we heard back within a few minutes. About a week later our puppy arrived! She is so well mannered and easy to train. I can tell the breeder went through a lot of effort to begin her training. I'm very happy that Pawrade is here to ensure quality breeders are able to find quality puppy parents! With so many puppy mills; and especially the explosion in popularity of some breeds, it's becoming more difficult to find puppies that are purebred, healthy, and raised in a loving environment. Poor experience, would not use Pawrade again. 1. You have 0 contact with the breeder and it's impossible to verify whether your puppy is coming from a puppy mill or not. My dog came from Missouri which is the puppy mill capital of the nation. All you have to rely on is their word and whatever they say on their website. 2. My dog was driven to me from Missouri. The entire process is totally sketch. They refuse to tell you the name of the shipping company they use and claim it's because they use different companies depending on the route. The delivery drivers did absolutely nothing aside from drop my dog off. There were no photos, no notification of when stops were made, and my dog smelled like cigarettes when he arrived. On top of that, the delivery drivers had the nerve to ask me via text for a tip. Yeah, right!! 3. The entire experience was very impersonal. No one called me to check in on my dog to see how he's doing. This company simply wants to make the sale and move on.

The transaction has been well supported every step of the way. As a first-time dog owner, I start to appreciate the nuances and hard work required to care for a puppy. Pawrade staff’s patience and care made my worries eased off. The New Puppy Guide is extremely helpful. As such, I got fully prepared on all the necessary gear and helpful products well in advance of receiving the furry friend. Despite an eventful long-day flight diversion and 3-hour delay, the puppy arrived in good shape. I will Never buy another dog from this site. The breeder did not provide authentic documentation. She cut and pasted anither dog's medical/ vaccine record. She claimed the vet threw the lot number from the vaccine..etc. I have no idea which vaccines the dog has. In addition, the dog was transported in a dirty van with 29 other dogs. He came dirty, sick..and with fake documentation. I will make sure others are alerted to this overpriced puppy mill.

They could not ship the puppy by air. So they drove the puppy across country and got to my home in three days. They need longer time frame to allow vet check up after as I couldn't get my puppy in with my vet until two weeks after I received the puppy. They want three days. Puppy is happy, eating, and sleeping.
