Great communication throughout, I was very skeptical about buying a puppy online - I shouldn't have been. Our puppy, now renamed "YUMI (Pronounced you-me)" is super cute and so adorable that we have a hard time letter her rest.

it was a very smooth transaction from Pawrade to get our first family dog, each step of the way, there were instructions on what we need to do, also we also have someone promptly answered our questions regarding the dog. so overall it was very good

I am so excited to have my pup! Pawrade made this such an easy transition! I would recommend them to everyone I know! I had easy contact with them and knew them by name. So helpful and friendly! And the currier service they used were top of the line! Once they picked my pup up they were giving me updates and pictures all the way till I got him! They were very friendly and did an excellent job taking care of him till he got here! I just can't say enough how great this company is!!!

The company stayed in contact at all times, our puppy arrived a day early. He was a bit groggy from the ride, but perked up by the following day. The representative, breeder & driver all had the best interest of my puppy and kept him safe the whole way to his new home!! He's beautiful & healthy!! We would definitely use pawrade if we were to adopt another baby, thank you so much!!

I am so happy to have my healthy puppy. Just only one problem is the breeder should tell me what kind of dog food for the puppy, so I can prepare before he came. His dog food can't buy it in MA. I have to bought it online and next day shippment. Otherwise, he had no food to eat.
