Everything went smoothly. Any questions were answered almost immediately. I was grateful for updated pictures and videos. Our puppy is beautiful and healthy. Getting him to us from the breeder went smoothly. I would recommend Pawrade as a way to go to avoid puppy mills and unhealthy improperly bred dogs.

Getting my baby Shiba Inu through Pawrade was such an awesome experience and I am so happy that I did go through them. From the initial inquiry on my pup, to the final "pampered delivery" service, it has been such a blessing to have learned the back story on my pup, her parents, and her breeder. Pawrade works with professional and compassionate breeders that looks out ultimately for the wellfare of the pets and ensuring the new owners are the right family for the pup. I highly recommend Pawrade for anyone interested in AKC puppies.

My biggest concern was scams, but not once did I feel uncomfortable through Pawrade! Staff was very friendly and called frequently to make sure that any questions I had were answered and the delivery guys were very tired from their drive, but were still very nice. I’m so glad to have my puppy home with us now. I would highly recommend this to a friend.

We were heartbroken after our 15-yr old Shiba Inu passed away. We missed the pitter patter of little feet and wanted another Shiba. We considered a shelter but longed to love a puppy. Pawrade provided so many options and walked us through the adoption process step by step to ensure top quality breeder. Suki arrived at 3:45 AM this morning and we are thrilled.
It’s been less than 36 hours of bonding time and I have to tell;first, I need to wipe away the tears. She’s my buddy and I’m her sworn protector. The joy my little pup has given in such a short time is phenomenal! I am a cancer survivor but because I had to give my life up to do my battle with that infernal invisible monster, I lost a lot. You’ll never know, but in a few short hours I know she’s my forever. I took her to my vet today and was told she was highly intelligent and physically amazing! I’m not one to endorse things, but in this case I would be happy to make an exception. I love her and I believe she’s fond of me. If my illness was to rear it’s ugly head again, I have a line of people waiting to help or worst case scenario, adopt. She made that big of impression! I would and will recommend your services; you guys rock! Thank you for this gift.

Ava arrived at 9:30 pm. It took 3full days of travel to get here from only 6 hrs and 41 minutes away. Had I known that I would have gotten her from different method. But she arrived just fine, healthy and calm. The transition has been pretty seamless. She’s awesome. Couldn’t be happier.

Titus is everything we wanted in our puppy. We are very happy having him in our household.
Had a few hiccups early, but the staff was friendly and made this easy.
Great communication, kept me up to date with everything while working through all the paperwork and examinations. Delivery of my pupper went very smooth and he is now settling in!

I leapt into this purchase a bit headlong and almost regretted it after reading some glaring “reviews” online and on Trustpilot. I would never, ever willingly support puppy mills but Pawrade seems to have a good balance between helping small breeders extend their reach nationwide. There were very few Shibas in my area and local breeders don’t seem to have guarantees of puppy health. Pawrade offers these guarantees and it seems like a testament to their passion: finding perfect homes for puppies. The team was also very communicative throughout the process. Using the ground delivery method was great also. They took great care of my fur baby and very communicative and kind. Everyone’s mileage may vary, but my experience was excellent. Thank you Pawrade team! The pup is happily running about, eating and drinking well, and having the time of her life. 🥰🥰

The puppy is amazing. The people working in the different departments were quick to answer any questions and very courteous. However the down side was each department seem to have some issues of what the other was doing and it kept sending many up to about 5 of the same emails and text. They wanted my husbands ID and email. And suddenly I was hearing nothing, found out they had him as owner and contact when he wasn't. It caused a lot of stress and confusion. Found out puppy had water at 6 a.m. before his two flights. When I picked him up it was between 6 and 7 p.m. a long time to go without water. I think the breeder did a great job. I love my happy, healthy pup. Pawrade is better than the scammers that are out there in abundance. I would recommend them, but would drive to wherever the pup is located. Thank you everyone at Pawrade. MY puppy and I are a perfect match!

Bought a shiba inu she is the cutest little thing super healthy awesome and awing everyone around. She's the most charming puppy I've ever met learned her new name and comes to it in less than a day! I have people asking how to get a puppy now.
I am very pleased with parade. It was an easy transaction and pawrade helped with every detail. It was nice knowing that I was not being scammed. They make sure of that with drivers license requirements and no cash app. You pick your puppy and pawrade does the work for you! I would recommend Pawrade to friends and family.
