Ease of purchase was great, pup selection is very large! Pup is healthy and a wonderful addition to our family. Only downside is the 72hr required vet check. Most vet clinics are booked pretty far out and do not accept walk-ins due to COVID. I had an appointment booked ahead of time but out pup's flight changed suddenly due to failing her health check, I had to cancel the appointment. Once she actually flew in the vet was booked through 2 weeks due to Christmas, this causing the 30 day insurance to be void.

I give a 1 star i paid alot of money for a shiba inu first the breeder who i paid was unavailable for almost 4 days because of excuses i find this unacceptable we had a social contract and living in America we have commerce of trade which was not respected of this breeder or transporter delivery was changed 3 times and finally when I received my new pup it was at 5am because we have have no respect for the buyer which I said was ridiculous since they should have been her 12 hours before that which is what is was told but decided not to leave ontime this place needs to start cracking the whip and start getting people on the same page oh the puppy I bought is awesome in a day he has made himself part of the family actually learned and has provided photos and memories you can't get anywhere

OMG WE'RE SO IN Love! The puppy was exactly how I saw in the video. He's perfect 🥰 Took a bit for him to arrive, but once he did oh goodness. Thank you so much pawrade!! At first I was kind of skeptical about buying a puppy online. Because there are a lot of scammers out there. But I saw pawrade pop up on my Facebook and decided to just go for it after I read all the reviews. Like some of the reviews said. They do lack a little bit of communication. But my shiba inu is healthy and I'm happy it wasn't a scam. I did take him to the vet. And the vet said the breeder gave my puppy the shots too early. So I hade to get a prescription for him. But other than that I am pleased with pawrade. And would recommend their website to friends and family.

On a scale of 1 to 10 10 being the best...i give you all a ten. The only thing I'am a little frustrated with is i reached out with a voice mail to kayce as well as a e mail with respect to sammy shots what he has had and what is needed. i took him to the vet today for his wellness apt and i did not have a answer to his shots and vaccines..other than that I am extremely happy with all of you as well as my puppy...he should have been named RASCAL(:

First and far-most let me say that this experience was the best. I had multiple sources from which I could ask for help and i would receive it. I know that it feels like a huge risk due to the way things are processed but trust me its LEGIT! I have my baby shibba and she is amazing and well taken care of. I am 100% satisfied and i would totally recommend anyone that is interested in adding a new member to the family to purchase your new love here!
The whole process was made easy due to the great communication from the people at Pawrade and Petpay. We love our new puppy!

Sugar is just precious! more than happy with her! One thing though, annoyed me was, the breeder or my person of contact did not provide me more pictures or videos, they sent me same photos as the profile pics which was really annoying, buying a live animal, it's a pretty big deal for anyone to buy a puppy, took them 3,4 days to send me one 30 sec vid. that was just the day before her flight departure. felt like i was just hoping for the best. so yeh, at least i got lucky with the puppy. that's the most important thing! and yes she is just perfect and adorable.

The whole process was very seamless and easy! Everyone was really easy to contact. Received vaccination record once he arrived. Now the baby is just warming up to his new environment.
Great puppy, showed up in a timely manner and all my questions were answered.

I'm so blessed to have stumbled into the Pawrade website. EVERYONE have been so kind, understanding, helpful & friendly. It's rare to see all of these positive attributes in one place manifested by each individual players in the team. I am quite impressed. Because of the Pawrade team, the wish of a dying father for her daughter came true. Tears of joy were manifested by my dad & myself when he held Alegra & handed her to me. It's real... I was sceptical to use pawrade, but it seemed to be the only way to get the puppy I wanted, so I took a chance and I received Fenrir my Shiba Inu puppy a week ago. His wellness check was perfect. We love our baby!!!

From beginning to end, everyone was so communicative and great. The carrier from puzzle pieces was also great and filled us with updates and details throughout the trip to us. We are so happy Sajee has made it home to us safe and sound.

Pawrade Communication and customer service is poor, they dropped the ball a lot. Wont use them again, but our puppy is adorable and we love her. Don't ignore the negative reviews, they are legitimate and something to consider. My husband and I feel that going through a third-party should've made things less stressful, but unfortunately that did not happen while working with pawrade. Breeder was nice though and gave us a great pup.

Hope this work... It would be great if communication with the breeder through pawrade were more transparent. I told them to ask the breeder what food my puppy eats and if she was coming with a vet certificate listing the vaccines. Their answer was one type of food and yes, puppy would come with vet certificate When I had the chance to communicate with the breeder, she told me totally different food and that breeder applied the vaccine, so no vet certificate with list of vaccines. That makes me thing they do not really have good communication between us. Good thing: I got Kylie, she is happy, she is healthy and she is beautiful! We still are grateful with pawrade for making this happen
