Finally after a long awaited wait we received Kekoa (nee: Bear). My husband and I are very pleased with our new little one (and I mean little). Our older dog, 13 year old male Akita passed in February. So we decided to down sizing. 100+ lb. dog to a 4.13 lb. Shiba Inu. Thank you again. PAWRADE is one of the best. No scams!
There are not enough words that can describe the positive experience I had with adopting our new puppy "Lexi". The customer service that Pawrade provides is top notch. I walked into this experience with absolutely NO knowledge about the process. From the moment I sent the first inquiry regarding "Lexi" they were immediately responsive and supportive. They walked me through the entire process step by step along the way. I have been referring everyone I come into contact with to Pawrade based on the experience I had. We are in love with our new furry family member and you won't regret trusting them to help you find yours.

Overall my experience with Pawrade was excellent. From the initial phone call discussing my many puppies with Pete, who was so patient with my many questions, to Lois who was extremely helpful with providing information to my beautiful puppy Layla (now Sasha) arriving healthy and perfect! My only complaint was with the scheduling of her flight to us. I received very little information (much only provided after many messages) on her flight which made scheduling her post arrival vet visit very difficult and the information I did receive was from a stressed-out coordinator which lacked the same friendliness that I had experienced when purchasing my puppy. I would look at improving this side of the service by providing more information even if it is only a message that they are waiting for the breeder to get back to them on the flight time. I am only taking one star off for this and would recommend Pawrade to others as long as they go in knowing this one frustration going in.

I can honestly say this was such an easy process, it really blew my mind! I was skeptical as there's so many frauds out there but this company had a ton of great reviews and getting info on the puppies I was interested in was a breeze. Thank you to Renee and Shannon for answering all my questions and checking in on me and my puppy. Our hearts are so full! I recommend them to my family and would definitely go through them again if I decide to grow our family!

Pawrade has a wonderful service to reduce concerns throughout the buying process. Our puppy was delivered happy and healthy and acclimated quickly once home. We could tell he was very well cared for at the breeder and is almost potty trained and proficient in sit and come commands by day 4.
Received my puppy through PAWRADE was a smooth transition! I'm not gonna lie I was hesitant at first because I wasn't sure if this was real or not ! I can say this was the best thing when I got my baby Kenzo ! The customer service at PAWRADE was amazing , the agents helped me with a lot answered all my questions and even reached out to see how my transition with my new puppy is going! Absolutely appreciate the staff at PAWRADE! Y'all really help us finding our new addition to our family ♥️

Kindle is a gem. We love her so much.

The puppy is healthy and active, my kids love the puppy. The overall procedure is very time consuming, the main reason is that the communications regarding puppy travel are not enough. And the shipping company sent the puppy on the flight without letting travel concierge and me know. Travel concierge found out the delivery date after she called the breeder, I was on my way to a ski strip when I got the message, I had to drop my family to ski resort, and drove to the airport in another city. Overall the puppy travel is a mess, needs to be improved.

Overall had a great experience. However sometimes there was a lack of communication. I would just call and ask any and as many questions as I had and they were fully supportive and understanding. We received our puppy about 1.5 weeks after purchase by air travel(plane). She's a beautiful puppy and can't wait to show her the best of life! Thank you Pawrade/petpay for our Christmas present this year!
