I love my dog. Just a few suggestions. She showed up at 230 a.m. because the courier was running late. She had no collar and came with absolutely nothing. No travel blanket or stuffed animal to comfort her. 4 days seems a long time to just have her in a crate without comfortable, familiar items. Having the ability to be prepared for similar potty training techniques was also not the best. I don’t believe that I have received her vaccination records from Pawrade. I had to get them from the breeder. Nor was there any microchip information (because she wasn’t microchipped, as promised). Breeder reimbursed me $75 for this.

Overall I found the whole process smooth yet somewhat disconnected. The initial transaction was personable and professional. However after that, the different factions of the process ie; insurance, travel, etc. was not smooth. I found the different messages that I received was confusing as to whether I was being informed to do something or was being done by someone else and being informed. All in all better communication would be helpful. We are so happy with our Lucy (Bailey). She is the sweetest, most lovable puppy there is.

I really enjoyed working with Pawrade. They were very thorough in serving both the owners and the breeders. I felt they had the puppy’s interests as a top priority. I would give a 5/5 but sometimes their response time was a little slow after I had paid for the dog but had not taken ownership yet. I would definitely use them again.

The process was wonderful until the flight was canceled because of the weather. Puppy spent the night in a WAGS HOTEL in Chicago. After I found out about the cancellation, I couldn't reach anyone by texting to find out about the next flight to SFO. That was Saturday night and I'm still trying to reach someone. No one answers their phones. I need help filling out the paperwork and it would great if I could get a call tomorrow from anyone who can help me.
