I am so in love with Bear. I changed his name from his pawrade name of Lewis. The whole process was very professional. All of the personnel kept me up to date on each step of his trip. What an AWESOME experience I had with Pawrade from start to finish. I was initially apprehensive about getting a dog this way because all the scams that are going on with dogs. I received my puppy a day ago and he is perfect! I like to thank Pawrade all the Pawrade staff for walking me through this process and keeping me abreast of everything that was going on and what to expect. Even though my dog was delayed in getting to me because of troubles with the vehicle during transport, I was informed every step of the way. Thank you for your professionalism, and patience! This was an expensive investment but worth every dollar! Pawrade......you rock!!! 👍😍

Waverly arrived a few hours early. That was good. She was much larger than I expected. She weighed 13+ pounds. I guessed around 6 pounds from the photo, and the parents as well. What really surprised me was her matted fur, and the bad smell, which I found out was an infection in her ears. I took her immediately the following morning to my Vet. They tried to clean her ears, but she is a real handful , consequently they were finally able to put the needed medication in them. I am assuming she was never groomed? I bathed her right away with much difficulty as I can hardly lift her (she is double my other dogs). House breaking is going to be a major problem, I am giving it a major effort! I am awaiting an appointment with the groomer. That'll be a real challenge. Joan

Tara really was amazing and helped me bring my puppy home. I was anxious about getting another puppy after losing my poodle in June. I got cold feet 😩, however ever thing worked out well. She advocated for me and my situation! Danny "AKA" Winston Conrad III is the sweetest little guy ever!

Had a great experience with Pawrade, my breeder was incredible. I was able to be put in contact with my breeder who answer all my questions. The only problem I had was not being informed before I paid for the flight nanny service that they only fly stand by and not a direct flight.

In the time between reserving Cassie and her transport to my house - communication was difficult to navigate. No one central contact. Confusing as to charges. No printout of what theses charges were for just an email stating it was paid through my financing. Emails from you were lengthy and at times repetitive instead of clear and concise. The MetLife was misrepresented as a must. Not an option that was needed to be paid for and unclear what it really was and the coverage and cost I was stressed as to the food to buy for her was not told to me. I had to try to find out from the drivers. I was stressed that I could not get a vet appointment within 72 hours. It was even suggested that I try to get a different vet. Cassie arrived Friday night. Impossible to get an appointment in that time frame. Only to find out it was so I could BUY this MetLife insurance. This is an unnecessary burden to place on a new owner. Cassie has an appoint within a week with her regular vet whom I trust.
