I was excited to have Fern after my last fur Buddy passed away due to cancer, I recieved Fern at 2:30 am May 18, then went to see her Vet the following day, but I was very disappointed when the Dr told me and showed me the hernia on Fern right side , I thought the health is the most important for the puppy, she had her first Vet visit when she was with her breeder, now she's under observation for her hernia.

It was a long journey. But the second I seen her I was so excited and happy. The transport guys were great. She was well taken care of. I have nothing bad to say about Pawrade. I will now treat my puppy like a little princess and love her unconditionally. Thank you

I am so in love with Bear. I changed his name from his pawrade name of Lewis. The whole process was very professional. All of the personnel kept me up to date on each step of his trip. He flew from AR to WA. Long trip for such a little guy. He arrived in good shape and very happy to get out if his kennel. Thank you Pawrade.

Everyone at Pawrade, Petpay and Transportation was very caring and helpful along the way with all my questions and filling out the paperwork. Waverly arrived a few hours early. That was good. She was much larger than I expected. She weighed 13+ pounds. I guessed around 6 pounds from the photo, and the parents as well. What really surprised me was her matted fur, and the bad smell, which I found out was an infection in her ears. I took her immediately the following morning to my Vet. They tried to clean her ears, but she is a real handful , consequently they were finally able to put the needed medication in them. I am assuming she was never groomed? I bathed her right away with much difficulty as I can hardly lift her (she is double my other dogs). House breaking is going to be a major problem, I am giving it a major effort! I am awaiting an appointment with the groomer. That'll be a real challenge. Joan

Tara really was amazing and helped me bring my puppy home. I was anxious about getting another puppy after losing my poodle in June. I got cold feet 😩, however ever thing worked out well. She advocated for me and my situation! Danny "AKA" Winston Conrad III is the sweetest little guy ever!

Had a great experience with Pawrade, my breeder was incredible. I was able to be put in contact with my breeder who answer all my questions. The only problem I had was not being informed before I paid for the flight nanny service that they only fly stand by and not a direct flight.
