I was prepared to give a higher review but I'm thankful I waited. I've had my puppy a little over a week and had a couple issues already. My advise is don't purchase a puppy unless you can meet both the breeder and puppy. If you proceed, be sure to read the fine print in the pages of documents/contract you receive. Overall the expectations placed on you the buyer and for the health guarantee need to be explored before you purchase. Unfortunately this was my first time buying and had I known I would have done more research. Hopefully I can get the issues resolved. I was only able to speak to the breeder once on a three-way call after asking by multiple times. Also, I was told I would have the breeder info to contact her, but all I received was an address. I would love to give more details however there is a limit on the reviews. Beware and do your homework before purchasing!

The amount of information, paperwork, insurance information/paperwork is a bit overwhelming but thorough. Response time to questions regarding purchase, health and delivery of Ruby was satisfactory. Responses regarding insurance questions needs improvement. Links you provided regarding toys, chew toys, etc. listed in your paperwork do not work. Gentleman that delivered Ruby were professional, courteous and exceptional. Overall, I would rate my experience with Pawrade as highly satisfactory but not exceptional.

Puppy and breeder was great. Pawrade was easy to deal with in ordering and paying for the pup. Significant issues however in organizing the pick up date, confusion and concerns.

In general, the transaction went smoothly. We aren't 100% supportive of the delivery process with a van full of puppies in the middle of the night. Our biggest issue, though, is that she is not a "mini" as was described. She is a huge dog, and not overweight, but definitely not what she was advertised to be. All the if accoutrements that we spent a great deal of money to purchase are too small, from carriers (two!) to halters (now purchased in varying sizes to fit this fast-growing puppy).

The majority of people I had contact with were great to talk to. However, when dealing with Donna she just wasn't 100% there for me. I became frustrated at times with all the instructions and when expressing my concerns to her, she didn't seem to really care or be concerned. You can sense these things through texting. I don't understand why a check list of things I need to do can't be mailed. No text has a subject line therefore I have to go through each text over and over to find out what I have to do. J However, we made it . My first experience with you all two years ago went so much smoother and more helpful. In regards to my new baby Gina, now named Ella, I don't believe the breeder maintained her coat or nails. As adorable and fluffy as she was, underneath she was extremely matted and I had to have her groomed shorter than I wanted. Also her nails literally dug into me when I picked her up, that I had to pull her nails out of my skin. My last breeder did better.

The process was extremely smooth. Paperwork was a little confusing in the upload portion as trying to keep a copy of the transfer of ownership did not happen.

I was excited to have Fern after my last fur Buddy passed away due to cancer, I recieved Fern at 2:30 am May 18, then went to see her Vet the following day, but I was very disappointed when the Dr told me and showed me the hernia on Fern right side , I thought the health is the most important for the puppy, she had her first Vet visit when she was with her breeder, now she's under observation for her hernia.

It was a long journey. But the second I seen her I was so excited and happy. The transport guys were great. She was well taken care of. I have nothing bad to say about Pawrade. I will now treat my puppy like a little princess and love her unconditionally. Thank you
