Very easy to work with. Everything went smoothly. Excellent breeder, the Puppy Wagon stayed in contact daily. Our puppy was in perfect health when he arrived. Couldn’t ask for a more pleasant experience.
I was very worried about the long journey Kelly had to take to reach me and come home but the couple who transported her had cared for her very well on her way here. She was energetic, happy, and played all night until she went to sleep.

Communication was inconsistent throughout the process. And recently, I've placed two calls to the most recent Pawrade rep that have gone unanswered. And, most concerning is the fact the puppy we received does not match the photos used on the website.

Nice delivery - calm and happy Ragamuffin slept by me the first 3 hours Did not want to walk or play tug of war with a toy
We had such a wonderful experience with Pawrade. I love their anti-puppy mill stance and their team is professional, friendly and communicative. We love our little puppy girl so much.

I have to admit this was all pretty strange to me. The idea of buying a puppy online was new. The transaction was flawless, there was great communication, and Paityn arrived at her new home safe and bouncy. She is healthy and happy. And so is my 15 month old shihtzu who recently lost his older sister. Again communication was terrific the whole time, and the transporters also were very good about updating me on the travel. The entire process was explained well. I give high marks to Pawrade. It's been an unusual and pleasant experience with a terrific outcome.

There was an issue with the original puppy and we had to trade for another one. The communication around that event was excellent. However, the multiple, wordy and confusing emails in-between are less than helpful. Even now I know I'm supposed to send a photo and something in somewhere - but have no easy access to figure out how to do that. Your emails are redundant, and by repeating the same information over and over - they become junk. I'm off to try and sort thru all the emails to figure out what I'm supposed to do the day after. Seems like a much better process would be to require the Breeder or Transport people to report the delivery with the uploaded photo

I am so pleased and happy. I received my dog @ 5:30 this morning. We are all doing great, my older dog seems to be jealous but it will all work out. Atom/Gizmo is doing fine, we haven't picked a name yet but we will. He is the cutest little Shih Tzu and very pleased with how everything has turned out. Thank you so much for everything!! I am so thankful for all who was involved in getting this little fellow to us!

Kutcher Kazansky Bennett is an energetic, gorgeous, well acclimated pup! He has not met a toy he does not want to play with or a water dish that can’t be splashed in. He brings joy to all who see him. Our well check confirmed that Kutcher is very healthy. He was clearly well loved and cared for by his breeder and others in the delivery chain. Thank you Pawrade for bringing us together!.

Puppy was delivered to me at 4:30 am, along with his paperwork, which I reviewed the next day. Vaccination record belonged to a female puppy with a different name. Puppy has trouble breathing through his nose and wheezes. Their vet said he has Stenotic Nares which is a condition requiring surgery. My vet confirmed and said if he doesn’t have surgery he will have heart trouble. This was not disclosed to me. The whole thing was fraudulent!

Thank you for delivering my puppy and it was so good to see her and it was everything that you had told me she would be only thing I would complain about isher fur is too long she could not see out of her eyes it was so much in the way and those hard to brush when is that long but I will get her taken care of everything else is absolutely awesome thank you so much for your service There is something I just found out from the vet when I brought her in for the wellness check after her delivery, and was noticed that most of her teeth were missing! I know it didn’t happen here at my home, I received her yesterday at about 3:30 pm, didn’t see her teeth missing until she was groomed today , I have brought her into the veterinarian office at 7:00 am, is also we’re my daughter has worked for the past 10 years ! Could you find out why her teeth were missing? On her vet health report done by the breeder ? There wasn’t anything mentioned about her teeth being missing! Could you find out

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Pawrade. Everyone was caring and kept me informed every step of the way. From your customer service, to the breeder and to the transport company, all were outstanding.
It was so easy to work with Pawrade. Everything went smooth from reserving Jolene up until pick up. They were Very protective of their pups ensuring the pups are going to a loving and caring home. Would definitely go through them again

Our new puppy is perfect and insanely adorable! She was delivered right to our door and seems like she had a great trip! It was a pleasure working with everyone and we are so happy she is home!
We love Pawrade! We received a beautiful little shih tzu puppy. They communicated with us through the whole process of selecting and then purchasing the puppy. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. And although I have never communicated with the breeder, I give her a lot of credit. The puppy was healthy and happy. I would definitely purchase another puppy from them. I will also recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Pawrade for helping us add to our family.
