The puppy is beautiful. Well taken care of. The breeder was great. Lots of info and she gave us a lot of supplies for our Amelia. We renamed her Zoey. She is the sweetest thing. Thank you again.
I love my puppy. She is healthy and vibrant and full of energy. She is so smart. I was apprehensive about buying a puppy online. There are so many scams. Pawrade isn't a scam. They stayed in contact with me all the way thru the process and answered me back promptly and courteously. And with the Puppy Wagon delivering service, and they brought her to my front door. I'm happy I purchased my little Rebel (Reba was her name the breeder gave her.). .Thank you for making this a positive experience.

We got her in fine shape and she is a ball of energy. The delivery guy was very nice but came a little late, (1:30 am). Paisley is running around the house exploring and having a grand time!

I picked my Shih Tzu out from at least 60 others. It was hard because every puppy in his breed was beautiful. It was a very smooth transaction and the customer service was phenomenal. They got back to me quickly whenever I had questions. My little Elvis is the most loving, healthy, beautiful puppy one can ask for. He arrived by Puppy Express in great spirits, on time, and with no complications. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pawrade to anyone who is looking for a healthy puppy.

It was a wonderful experience, the young lady who helped us was great, got back to us promptly and would have the answer. Lot’s of anticipation about his arrival, finally got here. Zane is a cuddler and now is family. Thank you for your help.
We are happy to have Zelda. She brings us joy. We were happy that we were able to have door to door service. Customer service people were very good and patient trying to get everything together.
I could never tell you in 1 minute. At least two hours would be necessary to fully describe our emotions we are so full of joy and happiness since he has been here. No words could describe our joy and emotional state. He is fantastic, full of joy, and total fun to be with. Thank you all so much for delivering such happiness onto our lives.

So thankful we found not one but 2 precious puppies to Welcome into our family. Extremely disheartened by the entire experience at Pawrade. We felt day one, communication was excellent. The agent spent so much time with us. We decided to move forward and place a deposit on the precious pups. Once we placed the deposit, all communication moving forward was HORRIBLE. My husband and myself were told we would receive a phone call within 72 hours from their words "flight concierge" to provide details how the pups will be traveling from South Carolina to CA. This never happened. We kept calling and calling only to receive voicemail. They would text back with short messages and basically state that they never told us that. We would ask numerous times for photos and it took days for a response. The worst part of it all was we were told we couldn't communicate with the breeder. The website info was also wrong regarding pups Date of birth and names. Terrible. We could never recommend you.

The whole process was easy. My pup was as advertised. The specialist made sure all my questions and concerns were met. They kept me in the loop and even sent me updated pics of the pup! 🥰 10/10 definitely would recommend.
From my selection of a puppy to its delivery to my home, Pawrade deserves praise for its organization! They were with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend their service to others who are seeking a well-bred puppy to enrich their homes.

The entire process was extremely easy. I love my new puppy! I tend to be a "worst-case scenario" type of person; however, when I get anxious about the puppy, I remember how straight forward and transparent the process was and feel assured I have a healthy, happy puppy!

The vet that I took Kisses and Korey to today said that with Korey's undescended testical and Kat's wry bite(the first second puppy I wanted), that the breeder should NOT be breeding the mom and dad. The fact that you have this breeder in your list of breeders makes me not want to ever so business with you due to shady breeders. I'm also going to let everyone know that you can't trust what you are going to on your website. You may not allow puppy mills but you DO allow breeders who regularly breed dogs with birth defects that are hereditary.

We received our puppy via courier last week. We couldn't be happier with her! She is a total sweet heart and is catching on very quickly. She came mostly potty trained (pee-pads) and has had very few accidents in the house. She is totally in love with my wife and is warming up to me nicely. She has a very sweet disposition. The whole process was very easy. We are thrilled with our new addition to our family.

The pet concierge, Cynthia, helped me through the process. She was excellent! The Pet Pay, Pet Transport, MetLife, and wellness check 72 hours after receiving the pup was overwhelming in paperwork, texts and emails. For future customers…this needs to be streamlined! I appreciate the attentiveness of buying a pet but there is definitely an all in one process that would have been appreciated. The puppy I received is beautiful, smart, sweet, and fits into our family well! For this purchase, I am grateful to Pawrade and the breeder! We adore our new baby! Thank you.

I was very appreciative going into a transaction for a new puppy online .. and to make it worse, some of the reviews I found were terrible. However I am so pleased that I did my homework and found the terrific things about Pawrade and went ahead with the purchase The transaction was handled beautifully, all contacts were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
