The transporters were very nice and professional. They took good care of my adorable puppy Myron now (Cocoa) he arrived healthy and well. I started out impressed with the way this company handeled the whole process of adopting a dog from a breeder. It was my first time doing this. But when it came time to pick up our puppy, the travel pet nanny was unable to make the first flight and then again it happened a few days later because they have to fly stand by. I would have rather just flown to Arkansas myself and picked him up. The stress of not knowing if he was able to make it to the breeder to pick up our dog and then make it stand by to drop him off to us was frustrating. Also had to stay overnight, must have been a lot on the dog. Don't think I would use them again. But we love our puppy and happy he finally made it to us!!!

Everything about the transaction was smooth and effortless. The team at Paul Ray could not have been more helpful kind, and professional. We have changed his name to Gigi and she loves it. She is growing already and changing every day. We couldn't be more pleased with her, or the process of purchasing her through Pawrade, thank you for everything that you did for your kindness and support with all of our questions being answered immediately. She is everything that she was advertised to be. Thank you all very much. Ernie is doing great! Eating, drinking, playing!. I gave him a warm bath upon arrival and have given him the Nutri-Cal last night and this morning. He absolutely loves being snuggled! He did well sleeping last night in the crate/kennel we have set up in our living room! Thank you very much!!

Best Experience ever buying a dog. I was on a cruise ship when I order my Shih Tzu pup Parker. Everytime I called for assistance with paperwork,or any questions,they answered the phone on the first ring,and helped me everytime. Thank you so much,and my little boy is as healthy as could be. Had he taken by Van from Missouri to New York ,and they were great also. Thanks to everyone.
