This was a very thorough process! From the moment we saw our Bernie, we were in love with him. We were called immediately when we had a question. The people were friendly. The contact was constant, and again, thorough. He flew out with nannies and there was a group chat. We were updated every step of the way and received photos and videos of the journey. He is home and is super sweet.

I have a wonderful little puppy. You have been great I've never used a service before but you took care of every detail and delivered him in perfect condition. Your delivery people were also very professional. My baby came here happy, and clean. They sent comforting messages along the way. Sounds like the pets were having fun and enjoying their trip. Delivery went well. When the delivery man was here he put her in my arms. Since then she will not let me pick her up! She is also very skittish and jumps at the slightest sound. Suggestions?

Only thing I have negative is that alot about the dogs training with the breeder wasn't readily available. Was 18 or 19 wks when I got her and know training was started but I had to request the info and that had to be checked on your end to actually find out. Other than that, things are great

Stacey is a wonderful puppy. We are very happy to have her join our family. Unfortunately the communication with Pawrade was not good at all. We never knew who to contact. It was a different person. We love Stacey but we would not recommend Pawrade to anyone. Your service needs significant changes. Mike

Our original contact with Dan was great. However we did experience some frustration regarding receiving a final invoice in early August stating that if full payment was not received by the due date of the invoice, there would be a late charge assessed. We did not pick up Primrose from the Breeder until September 2nd, our final payment was submitted on September 1st. With regards to picking up Primrose from the Breeder, we had to remind Pawrade multiple times that we were picking her up and not to have her shipped to us. Furthermore, once notified that we were picking Primrose up ourselves, it took multiple requests to Pawrade for the address and confirmation that the puppy would be available on the requested pick up date. The address and confirmation was not supplied to us until the morning before we were to pick up the dog.
