Everything was as it had been explained. The puppy did arrive with an upper respiratory infection which required a trip to the veterinary and was placed on an antibiotic. Otherwise she is in good health already today she appears to be active

When the driver got here he didn't have any food and the envelope said Apollo but the correct info was inside the envelope. You did communicate a lot but in the beginning I was kinda left hanging was he going to fly or be driven. Because I was called and told that transport would not drive from Tx to NH but then a day or two later I was told he would be coming via transport. A lot of messages I received were duplicates

All is Well and my new Puppy, which the Breeder called Karen but I have re-named her Callie, is doing very well and I love her so much already. So pleased with all the Communication and information. I am so stressed that I could not get an appointment within the required 72 hours. Not possible with my Vet or any vet in my area. I do have an appointment set up for May 16. Also I tried to download the form to do the "Transfer of Ownership". It would not allow me to download this form. Not sure how to get this done??!!

I had a five star experience with Pawrade! Kelly Hall in Customer Service was warm and friendly. I didn't have to chase her when I needed to talk to her. She'd respond right away. Then there were the drivers for "Wags On Wheels" : Aaron and Lem. I loved their daily text updates, during the time they were bringing Serafina to me. Please let them know that they are the best. And "Serafina" is a lively little puppy . Her energy and vocal chords are in excellent condition. She is teething and tearing up magazine pages. Thank You, Pawrade.

The people assisting me were great, they deserve 5 stars. Reason for 4 is because your website needs a little bit more information, especially for first time buyers. There is no information on rough location of the puppies, no pictures of the parents of the puppies, no information on the breeder. You should have a portal for people to get all this information from. I was unaware it was legal for breeders to administer their own vaccinations. This has cause a bit of an issue with me having to start the vaccination process all over again because the vet could not understand the vaccination records provided to me. I also signed up for an extension on MetLife and added some options but was charged right away, so there is no info that you will be charged the full amount rather than for just the add ons. That part may be out of your control since it's a different company, but there should be a disclaimer or should be mentioned in the back and forth communication.
