From beginning to end this entire experience was great. I'm a 1st pet owner but received much support from pawrade. The transportation experts were amazing my puppy was so energetic, not stressed as expected, and toured her new environment. I'm thrilled even considering getting another puppy in a few months

We are over the moon! My wife and I have been searching for the right professional and trustworthy organization/company to add the four legged love back to our home for over 8 months. Thought that multiple Facebook and Instagram organizations were reputable but soon felt very uncomfortable and suspicious when it came time for payment. We kept searching online and offline. PAWRADE to the rescue. A website full of cute puppies wasn't going to cut it anymore. We needed to feel we were doing business with a company with backing and that a beautiful, healthy, natural pup would be found. From the initial email to the final in-hand delivery of our Shih Tzu, the communication and professionalism of Pawrade was terrific. Our nerves were quickly calmed with a phone call when question after question was effective answered with facts and proper expectations. We will from now on be constant givers of Pawrade praise to anyone that asks were we got such a wonderful pup. Aloha.

It was time for our family to bring a new puppy into our household. I found Pawrade on the internet, allowing us to view the breed we sought. I couldn't be more pleased with the way the process worked. Pawrade is a first-class company with outstanding customer service. They answered all my questions without applying any pressure to purchase. They were extremely communication throughout the process. It was nice to be informed when our puppy was to be picked up and delivered. It was great to be able to track her journey along the way. I must admit, I was a little weary about the process in the beginning. I was worried about being scammed. The employees were excellent in giving me resources, websites, and showing me other peoples reviews which eased my mind. The process was smooth, very informative and it went exactly how they said it would be. I would definitely purchase again through Pawrade. I love my new fur baby!
We are in love with our puppy. It's been just 3 days but he's settled in nicely. We found he likes a blanket in his bed!! The vet gave him a great report. Everything went off perfectly from purchase to delivery. It was a long trip but the decision to add a puppy to our home, thru the process and now he's made himself at home. Thank you for this adorable puppy!

Hello everyone, Please spare yourselves the anguish and do not EVER purchase a puppy or dog from this company. They were so nice and kind in finding the puppy. However, the puppy came to me very sick with an upper respiratory disease that we are hoping is Kennel cough because we know a pathway in which to help this diagnosis. I was told by a manager there at Pawpal that Kennel cough is nothing serious and with proper medication will go away. I reminded him that 1. the puppy is a Shih Tzu whose respiratory system is already fragile at birth. 2. the puppy is only 4 lbs. 3.it is not totally sure that the puppy has kennel cough. When the puppy coughs his entire body shakes. His tongue begins to turn blue in color which means lack of oxygen. I, personally, am spending money and time to get this puppy back to health. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General, the Humane Society, my Senator and my Congressman. This is totally unacceptable. Lets stop this company!!!

I would recommend her to my friends looking for a pup on Pawrade. Samuel the flight nanny was great. We love our new puppy and he Was very at home the first day. You guys were great. Unfortunately when it came time to transport my new baby to me you dropped the ball. You gave the transporter my home phone instead of my cell phone so he was texting my landline which doesn't take texts. When I questioned it after not receiving a text to follow his ride to me I was told I would get a link to track him once he was picked up. I let you know I was at work as I was told 2 to 4 days for transport and his pick up date was scheduled for 6/13. Even though I let you know that you called my house on 6/14 to let me know the driver was at my house for delivery and then after calling you from work to find out where my child was I got a response of you were working on finding out where he was. Then I received a text that the driver was at my house for delivery and if I didn't get there they would have to leave. Luckily my husband works in town and was able to get there quickly and take possession of our new child. All ended well and we are so happy.

Pawrade helped me from the start to end on the process of getting my new puppy, kept me updated with important information and pictures! They made sure the puppy arrived safely and healthy to her new home!
The adoption process was very easy and my puppy is fantastic. My only concern was if I used the concierge service I was told it could take 2 - 4 days for her to arrive, when she was only 3 1/2 hours away. I decided to pick her up myself and it worked out perfect.
We are very happy with the process of getting our puppy from the beginning of finding our puppy through your advertising to picking up our puppy at airport from nanny. The nanny was very helpful and protective of puppy which I liked very much. Thank all of you for your help in getting puppy to me.
The whole process was so smooth and seamless. I felt fully supported and my questions were always responded to in no time at all. I picked up my puppy and met the breeder at the airport, where she gave me concrete advice, outlined the puppy's needs and schedule, along with her favorite toys, blanket, food, sanitary supplies, etc. all to have her adjust to her new environment. It was so sweet and the puppy is in perfect health, happy, and just a pure angel in our lives. Thank you, Pawrade for coordinating it all!

What an amazing experience! Who knew purchasing a puppy online could be such a smooth, professional, and educational, process. Pawrade worked with me closely every single step of the way. It started from the moment I expressed an interest in our sweet girl by responding to us almost immediately and continued with answering questions, providing outstanding information to help us be prepared for her arrival, and also helping us get her to us from the breeder who lives thousands of miles away as safely and comfortably as possible. This little girl not only got taken care of very well by two very kind people who obviously love their job, but I got to take the journey with them with an app. I could see where they were, what street they were on and their ETA! Who does that??? Pawrade really wants to make sure these puppies go to homes that they are going to be cared for. What a blessing "Wicket the little Wookie of Norway Rd" has become to our family!
