We got our Shih Tzu puppy from Pawrade and it was the easiest most successful experience. The whole Pawrade team was so communicative and helpful throughout our buying process. They messaged us back almost instantly and reached out tons of times to make sure we understood everything since we were first-time pet owners. I thought the entire process was wonderful. I received all of the information I needed without difficulty. The customer service was fantastic, immediate response?! Something you don't see everyday. Surprising, yes, but Wonderful. The transporter was also very proactive with updates, times, etc., Our puppy arrived on time and very happy and healthy. He became acclimated immediately and the vet said he is ideal, in health and brightness. Just a very professional and helpful process from beginning to end. Would Highly Recommend! I am so happy that I purchased Ayla (who is now known as Zoey) from Pawrade. From the time I inquired about her until the day I received her I had nothing but an enjoyable experience. Everyone I either spoke to or text was very informative and pleasant. I highly recommend Pawrade for anyone interested in purchasing a puppy or older dog. I also want to give a shout out to Furry Freight who transported Zoey from Indiana to New Jersey. Another enjoyable experience and we received our pup exactly when they said we would and the driver who transported Zoey, Tyler, was also a very pleasant and informative person. 5 stars for everyone.

We couldn't be happier with our sweet, precious Lilly (once known as Shayna). The transaction was very smooth, and I can tell that Pawrade and the breeder both take pride in the care and safety of these puppies. About five days after getting Lilly, I did take her to the vet because she sounded congested. We were told that she did have an upper respiratory infection. They also tested her stool sample, and she was positive for Giardia. We were a little disappointed that she became sick (we had not taken her anywhere, so we assumed that maybe she became ill from another dog on the journey from TX to here?), but with some meds, she is now a healthy, happy, and VERY spoiled little puppy! We are so in love with her :) We have been talking about getting her a little brother or sister to play with. Hello, the experience we had was unbelievable the travel here was really good they would send us little emails about the pups and it was just fun getting them and reading about what was going on and where they were and that was the main thing I just loved it knowing where they were couldn't wait for them to get here I love my little girl she's a sweetie I'm teaching her potty training amongst other things I'm trying to teach her her name which is Dazzie we I have a vet appointment on Monday for her check up. The process was fairly easy. The one issue that had me upset was the difference between my physical address & mailing address. I would think that your program would prefer to know the location where the puppy was going instead of my mailing address. I have had too many issue with the postal system & would not give them the satisfaction of payment for a postal mail box. I gave a government ID( drivers license) which should suffice. I also didn't appreciate the email that stated " we just don't give our puppies to anyone ". I found this insulting. Anyways, our puppy, we named her Pepper is with us at home. Other than that issue, I might recommend this process to others
