Everything was awesome and we love her.
Pawrade is a wonderful group that is very thorough from the time you pick out your new family member and throughout the entire process. Helpful reminders and suggestions were provided along the way. I would highly recommend Pawrade to anyone looking to get a new pet. I felt that WInnie was well cared for and in good hands. It's very reassuring to know that Winnies best interests are at heart with the breeder and throughout Pawrade's process of purchase to delivery.

Longest week of my life waiting for my fur baby to arrive but the puppy concierge took amazing care of her while transporting her. I couldn't be happier.Everyone was very caring compassionate and professional.
We are over the moon with Allie (we shortened her name)! She is everything we wanted and more. I would like to thank you all for the professionalism and courtesy during the whole transaction. I would highly recommend you to anyone. Allie settled right in like she was born here! She has such a great personality! When I took her to our vets they showed her around the whole office! Her potty training is going fairly well, but I had forgotten about the biting stage, ouch! We love her dearly, bites and all! Thank you again.

Our puppy arrived last week and she was perfect. She has since acclimated to our home in such an amazing way. She already has a routine, is eating well, playing and goes potty outside! We named her ILY for I Love you! Her kisses are a joy. She is smart, adorable, healthy and walks on a leash very well. She is well socialized too. This is my 3rd shitzu and I can tell you I already know that this one is really special. I would definitely recommend this breeder!!!

Working with Pawrade was such a pleasure, I wish they sold automobiles. Eddie is sales helped us decides between two pups and was so helpful answering all my questions. Britney kept me on task with a checklist to complete at certain times. I'm a very detailed person and Pawrade's process is exactly what I love. Our puppy is perfect for our family and our vet said he is in perfect condition. I know having Pawrade in the middle of breeder and family costs more but the service they provide by screening breeders and doing all the leg work is well worth it for a busy family 12 hours from the breeder. Christein from Puzzle Piece Carriers delivered Nelson to our door and his whole delivery operation is excellent as well. Thank you Pawrade team!!

First time using Pawrade, I'd have to say I am very impressed with service. I would recommend to anyone.
Everything went well with the transaction except for it seemed a little confusing with the multiple "pay" options for financing. The transaction went smooth and we had our new baby in arms in a few days. The transportation personnel stayed in touch until she arrived.
They were very helpful from the beginning to the end of this process. I was very nervous about the whole process but they did a wonderful job of answering all of my questions and getting our little fur baby here to us. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a puppy.

Hi Mindy arrived yesterday. She is adorable and sweet. We have a concern about her respiration/heart. She makes clicking sounds when breathing. Last evening she while sleeping (not after active play) she was breathing rapidly and lung and abdomen going up and down and some clicking. Pls advise.

I can not say enough about how thorough Pawride is. Once I decided on the puppy I wanted, I was informed and given directions to the moment the puppy was delivered. They were so good at getting information to me in regard to what to expect, as I hadn't had a puppy in awhile. I highly recommend Pawrade.

I thought the entire process was wonderful. I received all of the information I needed without difficulty. The customer service was fantastic, immediate response?! Something you don't see everyday. Surprising, yes, but Wonderful. The transporter was also very proactive with updates, times, etc., Our puppy arrived on time and very happy and healthy. He became acclimated immediately and the vet said he is ideal, in health and brightness. Just a very professional and helpful process from beginning to end. Would Highly Recommend!
