We adopted our new little guy who was known as Noir who we now call MacDuff (Duffy) through Pawrade. He arrived last Friday, and he is a bundle of energy and exceedingly loving. Thank you so much for getting him for us!

So much miscommunication. I received an apparently ill dog with large patches of fur missing. I was handed paperwork in the name of a different dog, and food that you would give a larger dog, not the food I was told to get. I am afraid you are looking more like a puppy mill. He missed a month of heartworm prevention according to the vet paperwork. What a very sad, expensive mess. Lesson learned.

This is our second pup from Pawrade. The purchase and delivery of our new puppy went smoothly, and he arrived with a nanny in excellent condition. For the little pups, it is so worth using the nanny service provided through Pawrade.

This is the second puppy we purchased through Pawrade. The customer service, their attention to detail and delivery was seamless. My agent was fantastic. We are so happy with our fur baby. His sister is super happy and welcome him as she had known him forever. Thank you Pawrade.
I have never had a puppy come to me with such an amazing disposition he has not stopped wagging his little tail since he got here and he's fit right in with everyone. He slept all night in my bed and we even had a nap today and he's just wonderful!
Over the last month, my family added two new members to our family. The first puppy was purchased through a traditional brick-and-mortar pet store, and the second through Pawrade. While both experiences were great, my family and I appreciate the personal touch, step-by-step process, and selection of Pawarade. Additionally, we decided to pick our puppy up personally. Doing so allowed us to meet the breeder and have time to bond with our pet on the ride home.

I love my new puppy! He is exactly what I wanted in a Shitzu- chocolate brown and cream colored and full of life. It was easy to pick the perfect puppy from the Pawrade website. Everyone I spoke to was informative and almost as excited as I was. It was a choice between 2 brothers that were very similar. Someone purchased the brother first, so I got the other one. At least that is what I thought. The transport people, who were delightful once they arrived and very apologetic, brought me the wrong puppy. I got the brother and the other people got the puppy I had ordered. Luckily they are so similar, we both kept the one that was brought to us. Pawrade is great but I would suggest that the transport people keep in touch with the new puppy parents, arrive when they said they would and if they will be late, let the puppy parents know right away. My puppy was scheduled for 7 am on a Thurs and arrived at 11am on Saturday without a call first. Thank you Pawrade, especially Lois
Luzzie got to use on Saturday, she was in perfect conduction. Very healthy and happy, she has adjusted well. I would highly recommend this organization, they were helpful every step of the way and made things very easy.
The travel concierge, transporter, breeder didn't seem to have their timelines corresponding. It took the very last day of arrival for us to find out where our puppy was

Stormy arrived safe and sound. The whole family loves her. She is so playful with tons of energy. She did have a double ear infection and giardia when she arrived but that is being treated and all is well. Pawrade was very easy to deal with. This was my first time ordering a pet online and it was a very positive experience.

Process was so easy. Feel comfortable that breeder was checked out and health is guaranteed.
Puppy is wonderful. She is stubborn . She does have a embillical cord hernia. But this company was a fit for me. My pup will be starting service training very soon.
Everything went smoothly. He is a wonderful and happy dog with a great disposition. My only call out is at 14 weeks he should have been somewhat trained .
We just got our puppy through pawrade and the process was so smooth and easy, our new puppy is a great addition to our family! Thank you so much for helping us add to our family! 💙

Pawrade gives you many details of your puppy…you have a constant stream of communication which is so helpful especially when you are waiting for them to arrive! My new little Shih Tzu whom I named… KC… came from Kansas City -so I use the initials for her name. I believe this to be a worthy company To put your trust into for your new pet!

We received Kendall now Molly m a h l e e she is perfect she's so sweet she just hugged me and we put her into her crate at 11:30 and she slept till this morning until I got up first she's a good girl and she's already done some parties thank you from the bottom of my heart you guys been wonderful
