Majority of my interactions with Pawrade was exceptional! My only complaint is that upon dropping off my pup he was sprayed with a heavy cologne that after bathing him each of the three days he’s been with me I still can’t remove. This aside this service was excellent, my pup came as expected and the representatives along the way were helpful and got back to me quickly.

The process with Pawrade was made very easy. From beginning to end I received excellent service from the 2 ladies that helped me with the process. Yes, I was a little reluctant buying a puppy without seeing the actual puppy beforehand. I could not be happier with my little bundle of joy. Just did wellness check at the vet. Vet said healthy & beautiful. Thank you Pawrade for bringing a little bit of joy back to me after my tragedy couple weeks ago. I will definitely use you again.

This is a legit team that works together from the breeders and pawrade to getting them to their new home and tracking them as they come home. It takes time to arrange all the pick ups for the puppy and it’s hard to be patient, but they kept in touch with me the whole entire time. Great teamwork.

Amazing!!! My family and I are very pleased with this service. Everything was easy and the transaction was smooth. Dawn is soooo lovable we couldn’t be happier with her she is sooo precious. You sold me a puppy with Parvo that cost me $3000 in vet bills to save his life… then take no responsibility for your lack of quality breeders. I will make sure EVERYONE on social media, as well as the BBB, knows that Pawrade and PetPay are a total scam that brokers puppies from irresponsible breeders.

The process for purchasing is good…. On the otherhand, getting in touch with someone (representative) during and after the sale is difficult….. We would like to know or understand a few after delivery procedures…. Tori a/k/a Dixie Mae after just 24 hours is at the Veterinary Hospital with Parvo….. Great communication everything done as promised and provided a lot of information to help make the delivery very smooth and predictable and what to exactly expect and have to do for the puppy when she arrived!
We absolutely love our puppy we call him Cash. Took him to the vet for his check up and they are going to use him for Puppy Of The Month, please tell tell his breeder that. Thank You for all your help in getting him to me.

I can't recommend this breeder more than I can. Some of it might be luck with the personality of the dog, but I definitely see the training and care the breeder took in Sully. I grew up with dogs and know some operations sell the dog as is. With Sully, he came socialized, potty trained and microchipped. I joke with my wife that the dog came fully loaded... haha.

Parwade was great they very helpful , polite the whole experience went very smoothly they were polite and helpful with me answering all my questions and their delivery guys they keep my informed with the time they would be at my house they helped me with the self photo of me and Shaggy who has been renamed with the help of my granddaughters too Yogi thank you very much he already has won me over 😀

We are elated to have our precious puppy, Emmy! Pawrade made the transition seamless. Great communication and took us step by step. Adored the lady who met us at the airport with Emmy as well. Our only disappointment was taking Emmy to the vet, they said she had a gnarly yeast infection that should have been picked up earlier. I spoke with someone at Pawrade and was supposed to be given an email to share my concerns but never did. It was a very expensive first vet bill. Other than that, loved our experience.
