I have to give 5 stars! From the first phone call to the flight nanny was a great experience. I would highly recommend Pawrade. My new puppy Piper is such a joy. Thank you for everything

The whole process was very organized and professional leaving no doubt that pawrade was a reputable business. The staff were all very helpful and timely in responses. The drivers that delivered our puppy were very good to keep us updated on their travels withe cute humorous updates about the puppies. Would highly recommend pawrade to anyone who wants a smooth process in finding your forever pet

I’ve been very pleased overall! I love the fact that you all take such good care of your puppies. Everyone I talked to was kind. I also very much loved the service that brought her too me. They bathed the day before she got here and they also treated the puppies with great love and attention. You could tell they were very invested in their job. Overall had a great experience and I absolutely love my new puppy!
Pawrade is an amazing organization. They are very informative great communication. I picked my the puppy Sasha and she arrived just as they said. Everything was so organized easy. Loving caring people. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a healthy puppy.. In fact I will get another through them soon.
Pawrade was great. But could have been more up front when delivery of puppy would be. Felt like did not initially give day of delivery even though was clear would not be home on specific days. Then wanted to send puppy on day after leaving for vacation. Then I was told they might have to charge me another fee for changing a day even though all messages were clear. My puppy is beautiful and perfect just wish could have been easier and clearer makes you think your being deceived. Also told had to have my puppy seen 72 hrs after for guarantee and you can’t go to petco vet or hospital for wellness check well try getting into a vet in that time. You can’t so thanks for that guarantee it’s worthless. So keep that in mind. Unless you know you can make that appointment before the puppy comes home. But make sure you have the correct day of arrival good luck!!!!
Very pleased with the transfer of my puppy. Communication was excellent from start to finish. My puppy arrived very playful and not stressed out at all from the trip. No problems.
It took a long time to get her but worth the wait. She was named Dora when I got her and it fits. She's dora the explorer. Very busy indeed. Thank you.

Overall I found the experience good. The two things I did not like was I did not receive invoices for payment until they were past due. Second the puppy was delivered at 9:30 at night. My son did not go to sleep until late because he was too excited for the puppy. I did ask the delivery people to wait until the next day but they would not listen.

I absolutely LOVE my new little guy. He has fit in immediately and loves me so much already! I am just a little disappointed because I was not told that he would be traveling with multiple other puppies and traveling in a vehicle for 3 or 4 days from so many different states to drop other puppies off. If I would have known that, I would have just drove in and picked him up. We ended up driving 8 hours, anyway to meet the drivers just so our puppy wouldn't have to go thru more days to drop off more puppies. I also entered the code for July 4th sale, but never got the $200-$400 taken off of my cost. I love my new little baby more than anything, but wish I would have been told about the drivers picking up 5 or 8 other puppies and having these babies travel forever. I was told someone would pick my baby up (7 hours from me) and bring him to me. That was not what happened at all. I paid for that, but ended up driving more than that to pick him up. I hope I get refunded for the July 4th sale

I was nearly scammed by someone when I started looking for a puppy. I had never heard of this website before, but I started looking at it and was contacted by someone and the next thing I knew, I was purchasing my new puppy. All of my questions were answered and in a timely manner. I felt the communication was fantastic, from start to finish. I would not hesisitate to refer anyone to this company and will more than likely use it again when I am ready for #2.
We're so happy with our puppy. From the first moment we held her, we were smothered with kisses. You can tell she was raised with love and care. No anxiety, just pure cuteness and affection. Daisy came in the house like she was meant to be here. Many thanks to the breeder for our precious new family member. The delivery guys were great, kept in touch along the way and the puppy was clean and happy. I highly recommend purchasing from Pawrade, it was a seamless transaction from beginning to end.

Start to finish the Pawrade team were tremendous to deal with all fronts communication of logistics to transfer of information for the well being of the puppy. Truly amazing service
We have adopted 2 very healthy shih tzu puppies from Pawrade over the last couple of years and have been very pleased with the quality of our pets. They cost more through them but the health guarantee for 3 years and many other perks that come with are worth it. We recommend them highly.
