He is beautiful, the drivers were fantastic! This dog is sick. We already had him at the Vet twice! So far I’ve $600.00.

When our puppy Hayes arrived, he was very happy, well-adjusted and relaxed. He is eating, playing just as though he been with us since birth.
My experience was was perfect! Communication was A plus! Everything went smoothly! Everyone was a pleasure to talk to. This service really helped me with finding a healthy puppy a clean bill of health.

Horrible communication, lack of service, no empathy towards issues that were numerous. Some rude management. No one ever picks up the phone. Only useful when they want documents signed or money. Never again also have been spreading the word about the experience. Do better

I found an adorable puppy, paid and when he was old enough he was driven to me! It hasn’t even been 24 hours yet and he is so precious and so loved!! I couldn’t be happier with this experience and look forward to loving him for many years to come!! Thank you!!

Everyone was so incredibly helpful. The process was very easy and they explain everything every step of the way. My little ‘baby’ was delivered using their puppy can transportation. This company allowed me tot track her route to me and they sent cute messages At the end I received the most precious bundle of love you could image. Highly recommend Pawrade
The process with Pawrade was exceptional easy and quick. All of the CSR I dealt with were very informative and helpful. I would highly recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a puppy and when I’m ready for another one I will differently buy from Pawrade

I think you do a fantastic job..I love my sweet puppy. Carlotta.. One comment.. The travel wasn't as expected..looong day. Almost 12hrs..sitting abd waiting for flights. The distance was only 1 hr..30 min. But with delays..made it much too long. Nanny Antonitte..was great. Soo very attentive..cared well the lil puppy. Thanks again for your outstanding service.

My experience with Pawrade was absolutely amazing, they are so thorough and informative. Constantly giving you updates on the puppy....from text messages to emails, its easy to reach them with any questions you may have, and they are super friendly. My puppy was delivered to me exactly when they said he'd be there, and he smelled amazing. The travel agents were super friendly and you're able to track their travel route, I am so happy that I found my new little buddy through Pawrade, and absolutely love my little Chestnut.

I cannot say enough about the great experience I’ve had from the beginning process up to my pups delivery. The back and forth communication either by email or phone was always fast and responsive. Thanks ladies! I chose the Wags on Wheels delivery method. Lem and Zach were great. Myself and 5 other family members were at my home to greet her. She’s perfect and so peppy. Now I just have to figure out how to change her batteries! Just kidding.

Everything was a fantastic experience from finding, to the adoption engagement & delivery. We are so happy with our new addition and he came with goodies from the breeder/Pawrade. On day 1 he was so lovable snuggled and then he had to play:-)
I have previously purchased from them and my two babies have traveled well and without any problems. The people are very friendly and, above all, they are informing me about all kinds of situations. Thank you, today my family is complete.

The Pawrade reps were friendly enough. But my gosh, the MANY, MANY steps required to purchase a puppy is crazy! Filling out numerous paperwork, so many hoops to jump through, contacting the insurance and submitting it yourself (for a mere 30 day coverage when I have my own policy on my other 2 dogs) and waiting several days for word on when you can get your puppy, it’s just too much! I would recommend finding a QUALITY breeder who does the proper testing on the sire and dam yourself, in your area. Visit, know who you’re buying from. Pawrade states they don’t use puppy mills but the breeder names on my paperwork doesn’t match up with the vet check, nor with the name we were given to call to pick up our puppy. So 3 different breeder names? Also, we picked up the puppy in HEAVILY populated Amish country, from a pet store. We were to meet the owner there, yet the owner wasn’t there, only the puppy. Will I purchase another puppy from Parade? Absolutely not.
