I picked my Shih Tzu out from at least 60 others. It was hard because every puppy in his breed was beautiful. It was a very smooth transaction and the customer service was phenomenal. They got back to me quickly whenever I had questions. My little Elvis is the most loving, healthy, beautiful puppy one can ask for. He arrived by Puppy Express in great spirits, on time, and with no complications. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pawrade to anyone who is looking for a healthy puppy.

So thankful we found not one but 2 precious puppies to Welcome into our family. Extremely disheartened by the entire experience at Pawrade. We felt day one, communication was excellent. The agent spent so much time with us. We decided to move forward and place a deposit on the precious pups. Once we placed the deposit, all communication moving forward was HORRIBLE. My husband and myself were told we would receive a phone call within 72 hours from their words "flight concierge" to provide details how the pups will be traveling from South Carolina to CA. This never happened. We kept calling and calling only to receive voicemail. They would text back with short messages and basically state that they never told us that. We would ask numerous times for photos and it took days for a response. The worst part of it all was we were told we couldn't communicate with the breeder. The website info was also wrong regarding pups Date of birth and names. Terrible. We could never recommend you.

The vet that I took Kisses and Korey to today said that with Korey's undescended testical and Kat's wry bite(the first second puppy I wanted), that the breeder should NOT be breeding the mom and dad. The fact that you have this breeder in your list of breeders makes me not want to ever so business with you due to shady breeders. I'm also going to let everyone know that you can't trust what you are going to on your website. You may not allow puppy mills but you DO allow breeders who regularly breed dogs with birth defects that are hereditary.

The pet concierge, Cynthia, helped me through the process. She was excellent! The Pet Pay, Pet Transport, MetLife, and wellness check 72 hours after receiving the pup was overwhelming in paperwork, texts and emails. For future customers…this needs to be streamlined! I appreciate the attentiveness of buying a pet but there is definitely an all in one process that would have been appreciated. The puppy I received is beautiful, smart, sweet, and fits into our family well! For this purchase, I am grateful to Pawrade and the breeder! We adore our new baby! Thank you.
