Bea was delivered two hours ahead of time and arrived full of herself. The two delivery gentlemen were very nice and took very good care of her, there were no problems with the transfer . Bea has adjusted to her new home very quickly and is having a lot of fun. I like Bea very much and we seem to be bonding well.

From the time I was interested in Hope until the day she arrived great communication, very informative and transportation was amazing. She was avery happy and clean puppy apon arrival and fit right in!
everyone's willing to help you and communicate with you, so you understand what's going on what you need to do and how to take care of your dog. They are all very sweet and kind, they share the excitement of a new family member with you
My Puppy Concierge, Tara and the entire Puppy Support Team, Aaron, Carli, Shannon, and the Drivers Larry and Lee (please forgive me if I didn't mention everyone) stayed in contact with me throughout the purchase, informative nutrition needs, travel and the all important Veterinary appointment w/I 72 hours of arrival! I was very impressed and thankful of all of their efforts!
Everyone at Pawrade was so helpful. They walked me through the whole process. Any questions I had they answered me promptly. The communication is great, you are not left wondering about anything. The puppy we got has a wonderful temperament, he is absolutely adorable. We loved this little guy the minute we saw him. Thank you to all involved in the process, from picking our puppy to delivery. We are very happy with our decision to work with Pawrade!

I appreciated the process of purchasing my new furbaby. From the initial chat with a representative that provided information about Monroe, to the detailed questions I had regarding the process and the updates as we moved along toward his arrival date, I was kept well informed. I appreciated the ease of use and then quality of customer service I received. When my fur baby arrived, he was handled with care, paperwork was processed and he was given over into my eager arms. He seemed healthy and happy, though a bit tired of course from the trip! The delivery person was very friendly and personable as well. Overall a very good experience. Thank you

I am so happy with my puppy!!!! She is the cutest, sweetest, most wonderful puppy. She is so smart and is learning so quickly! She is perfectly healthy and happy, and was clearly raised in in a loving environment. I could not bee happier, I love her so much!!!

I'm in love with my puppy. The process was quick and safe. I was surprised about how much they communicate with me to let me know about everything related to my puppy plus send me pictures of my puppy.

Pawrade was wonderful from start to finish with getting us linked up with our new puppy Butters (formerly known as Bear). Everything was smooth throughout the entire process. I was very impressed with how thorough they were with everything to make sure everything went great. I would highly recommend!
We are in Love with our new Family Member "Winston" - a handsome Pembroke Welsch Corgi "Tri-Color" that has won the household over in just a few short days. His new brother and sister have taken him in with open paws, and so have his human brothers. Mom & Dad could not be happier. The entire process was fantastic from the start, the concierge was kind and extremely helpful then through the payment process to booking transportation. We had Winston fly with a Pet Nanny and that Man was extremely kind and very professional with our new bundle of joy. Everyone did their part professionally and with great care for our puppy. The puppy's safety was and is always at their core. There were some bumps in the transportation road (but when is there not when flying) but the Nanny handled them with grace. The entire time there was communication between us, and no matter what was happening the Nanny and team kept us up to date. The transfer was smooth and so very exciting. Definity recommend them.
