You always wonder if doing something like is is some sort of scam. But after research and extensive conversations with different doggie concierge associates, this service is stellar. Our puppy was on his way. Quite a trex for such a small critter. But the gentlemen who drove the transportation service were very professional and caring. They delivered our little man healthy and happy. Now our next adventure with our new family member begins.
We love our new puppy, Frankie! The adoption process was so easy, timely, seamless. The pawrade team keeps you updated every step of the way. Definitely recommend pawrade!

Fantastic! Received great help and information. Purchase and contracts were easy. Only thing keeping me from putting 5 stars is a misunderstanding that happened at the Pawrade side of the deal was not communicated back to me in a timely manner. Thankfully the puppy transport service got back to me asap to clear it up and kept me from worrying!

It was a mostly easy experience working with Pawrade. My puppy arrived healthy and that's what's most important. At times I feel like I wasn't able to get my questions answered. Most but not all. So far my puppy is adjusting well to their new environment!

Loves the service. Patti is a joy and you can see the care and devotion everyone there offer. My only issue is the flight was 3 hours late and when we kept checking the link it showed on time. Even when the time had passed it still showed LANDED. Put flight was on a 3 hrs delay. Other than AA the service was 5 star

I am so pleased with the entire Pawrade process. From the time I saw my pup on the website, I knew it was meant to be. I was able to talk to someone that day, they made prompt contact with the breeder and answered my questions. Payment process was easy and secure. I was able to discuss the day I would receive my little girl to fit my schedule and the breeders schedule. All of my questions were answered along the way, and updates were relayed to me via a phone call. When the travel started, it was easy to estimate the time of arrival (although it was in the middle of the night but this is made clear in the travel directions before hand). I was hesitant about getting a puppy this way but it was a smooth process and I would come to pawrade again. I have had my girl for 1 week now and we are thriving.
Pawrade was a wonderful company to work with. The team was pleasant, responsive and a great help. They were able to seemingly re-direct delivery of my puppy during Hurricane Ian! My corgi puppy is adorable, and a great addition to my new house...making it feel like a home!

We are ecstatic with our new family member who we have decided to call "Rascal" He's moving around getting the lay of the land. Not crazy about spending the night in the crate but he must be crate trained. He's doing his "business" on the piddle pads! How'd he know how to do that! Sassy our other Corgi is not quite sure what to make of her little bro. Right now she's having the hardest time adjusting to the new order of things but she'll get it. She's a wonderful creature herself. You guys have been great in this process making it smooth and providing us with all the necessary information. Really happy with this company and service. I first picked out a puppy and decided the breeder was a little shady so I wanted to back out. The service recovery here was phenomenal and everyone I spoke to were polite and customer oriented. I called them constantly impatient about my voucher, spoke to multiple people, and they all made sure to help me with whatever questions or concerns I had while being extremely patient with me. Once I had my voucher I chose a different breed of puppy, and just received him early this morning - He's seriously the most sweetest, cuddly puppy I have ever seen! He's already made friends with both my older, grumpy maltese, and my younger golden retriever. The wait was totally worth it.

We are very happy with our corgi puppy! We were very nervous about getting a dog from an online third party website but Pawrade can be trusted. We are thrilled with the breeder we got our pup from in Missouri. They were very kind, provided a lot of good information and could tell that our puppy was nurtured properly. We can tell Pawrade vets their breeders and because of this we are happy to report we brought home a healthy, happy and confident puppy! Pawrade was very responsive to requests for pictures, information, and anything else we needed from them. Would definitely recommend!

I am so happy with my puppy I adopted through Pawrade. I was initially nervous because I've always been a rescue dog person and have never worked with breeders since I've heard horror stories about how bad they can be. But Pawrade does a great job of finding reputable breeders. They answered all my questions asking the way and provided all the information I needed. The transportation was also easier than expected and the crew that was hired for driving worked around the clock to deliver my pet and several others as quickly as possible. My puppy is healthy, happy, and home. I will definitely use the service again and recommend it to my friends.

The process was easy and painless! There was always someone to answer our questions, and even spoke to my 13 year old daughter when she had questions. Our pup is absolutely amazing, and we have even kept contact with the breeder! This has been a fantastic experience for us!!

Arrival was very early in am.....didn't have any food to leave with the puppy....
Amazing! Communication was great for every step of the way. So glad I found Pawrade. Now we have a new puppy and he is amazing. Thank you so much.
I love my new pup! But, I was very anxious about using this company. Its suspicious to me that I wasn't asked more questions before I was approved to purchase the dog, and that I wasn't able to get more clear answers from the breeder. Unfortunately, I didn't know better before I hit "buy" and only learned later that this set-up is very unusual. I'm in love with my new puppy and that's the bottom line, but I can't recommend Pawrade to others because I don't know that I trust how they do business.
