My puppy is a beautiful West Highlands White Terrier (White Westie) named Leland. He has been absolutely a perfect match for me and him to me. I could not have wished for a better experience and the crew of aall the people helped me along the way to make sure that Leland and I were completely taken care of for the entire process. There are a lot of scamers out there and it is very hard to avoid them, you have to be on your toes, but Pawrade mxade it a success to know exactly that they were real and there to help. I can recommend them to any one.
Lilly has arrived in my life at time when I didn’t realize how important she is to me. She is the sweetest girl and is so loving and hasn’t even been 24 hours. Super happy with our puppy. So grateful to Pawrade, their help and reassurance during the process of #nopuppymill made this a great experience.
I can not tell you how thrilled I am to have a new four legged child back in my home. He is so darn cute. Full of energy. He took to his new surrounding immediately. He's going to to be a very good boy, I can tell already. His new name has been changed form Jackson to "Hoagie".
I want to thank Pawrade for a smooth transition despite the original puppy we picked out becoming ill before transfer. We received our new puppy now named Maisie a white highland terrier on June 10 Everything went as expected. I would recommend the service again special thanks to Amber Lois our concierge she was wonderful and Ashlae
I think things went well with the purchase. Not sure what could change to make things any better. I wish that I could have received my puppy with completed papers or at least know they are in the mail with new name, birth dates and family details etc. But, I'm very satisfied and we love our puppy Indiana. Everything went well and was super easy. There was plenty of communication throughout the process that made feel better getting a dog from far away. Puppy arrived right on time, and was ready to be part of our family.

The communication was constant. The only issue I have is we are to receive free insurance for a trial period, but I can not get in touch with the provider. I am not sure whether this is true or not.

Very long process with lots of online communication. 4 part process. The breeder, the broker, the payment people, and the delivery team. Everything was up front and open. Delivery team was the only slow process as far as the communication process. Pawrade and their staff was the best of all.

I’ll admit to being a little nervous when I first found your site. The human worry factor. I am so happy that I bought Nora through your company. I appreciate how thorough you were, how much information gave me and how helpful you were getting me through the purchase of my sweet little pup. I’m very impressed with your adoption process. It was very friendly yet professional. I was not impressed with the condition my puppy was in when delivered. Michelle(Gracie) was absolutely filthy! I bathed her 2 times and still could not get the “kennel” smell off of her. She had bald spots on her sides and back. However, she is a fiery little bundle of joy! Thanks again, Laura Patterson
