The price was a little steep! It was hard to gather that much out of savings when we were trying to pay off other bills first but when my hubby's wants come first and I'm really worried as the gentleman that brought him to us told us he had gotten sick and we are having trouble getting him into the vet with in 72 hrs something about insurance! But I am stubborn I got him at around 2:3/3:00 and I haven't stopped yet! We have named this guy Oliver Cody Russ! We will fill out the paperwork and get it out!

Best Puppy Ever! His name is Monty My only complaint is all the paperwork and because I had just moved homes. I had to get my paperwork Notarized. Lots of texts with different people. very complicated. But this puppy is worth it! Jackie Adams

We received Kenna (now named Emma), a beautiful little Westie puppy, a week plus ago. So far, so good... we love her to tears. Communication with Pawrade was always efficient and reliable. The delivery of the puppy went flawlessly (the drivers drove through the night to get her to us as quickly as possible). Aside from some tummy troubles she had upon delivery, she is adapting otherwise well to her new home.

This was the best thing I could have ever done. I bought my dad Mia and I live in California but my parents live in Va. and she was delivered right to the front door . Such a great process & such a beautiful puppy. Beth & Sandra both were so helpful throughout this transition. I definitely would suggest anyone wanting a puppy to go through this site. I'm grateful & thankful.

I had the best experience with Pawrade! I tried other sites that seemed shady and more about the money than the pup. I was wary at first but felt completely comfortable after the one on one attention I received. They answered all my questions and were with me every step of the way. A shout out to my concierges Jennifer, Joey , Morgan and Shannon from transport. My pup arrived healthy and happy. I have already recommend this company to others. Just read the reviews! Thanks again for helping me get my forever furbaby. I'm keeping the name Wynter as now I finally have winter in Florida!

Communication at times was slow responding. It made me nervous as I had a prior Fraud experience. I also had several helping so got a little confusing. I was expecting a flight transportation but informed 48 hours that weather to hot and therefor would be Sending ground. When being transporting ground Steve and Emily were great. I will use them again. I got my precious Westie in great shape and blessed to have her last night. FYI! The transport has till 5:00 pm ON scheduled pickup day notify you with the GPS. Be patient. They will notify you when your animal is safe and settled in. All in all the experience was great. Devlyn, Morgan, Kacey, Shannon and anyone I have forgotten. THANK YOU. This is a great and wonderful way to get your new family member. It is legitimate site. Professional, polite try to always assure you as much as they can with updates. Great staff. Great communication between everyone involved. They try to do things as quickly as possible. Requirements though given for the new owners are not able to be done because of covid so an alternative solution should be made. Like the 72 hr check after receiving puppy. Not possible cause of covis so, adjustments should be made to the current world situation.

The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. The staff worked with me professionally and very hard to asnwer all my questions and concerns. I am very pleased with my new little puppy. I would go through them with any future puppies I purchase from a private breeder.

Everything was great. My only "exception" was the fact that I could not get a clear explanation on a fee of $137. Overall, the price ended up being more than advertised, so a little disappointing.

My new puppy Bryce now ( Scout) is an amazing, loving little furbaby. He was a bit overwhelmed with the long drive and needed a bath. But he is very playful and happy today.
