Was very disappointed after receiving the puppy. She was so urine stained and not a good smell. I've had her for a week and the urine stains are still with her even all several washes. Hopefully her coat will recover from the disgusting stains.

We have no problem with Pawrade. The problem was the delivery service. We received a phone call on Thursday from the delivery service stating that Taylor would arrive on Friday August 2, 2024, at 6 AM. We called the delivery service to confirm the information, and was told the driver would call us 3 hours prior with the exact ETA. Later Thursday evening we received a phone call from the driver stating that he would arrive at 2 AM Friday Morning. The actual time turned out to be 3:30 AM. Upon receiving the puppy from the driver, he stated she needed a bath. We proceeded with the bath. The first bath water was black. Then on to second bath. Bath water was a little better. By 4:30 we were exhausted. We had no sleep prior, as we were waiting for the dog.

Everything went smoothly. Transfer happened about 4:46 AM a little earlier than I prefer but everything is good & Gary is very happy here running around with Meredith my other Westie.
You all did an excellent job very pleased with the delivery Scarlett is at home having a good life thank you Peter Broertjes

My westie puppy arrived happy and healthy, The transportation people were diligent and took great care of my dog. They even gave him a bath before handing him over. The contact with customer service was great, any questions were answered quickly. All aspects of the purchase of my dog went smoothly with no problems

VERY TRANSPARENT, COMMUNICATION EASY, SMOOTH DELIVERY
Wonderful service! The concierge services, the petpay support staff, and the transport personnel were all coordinated and easy to deal with. All my questions were answered. My pup is wonderful and healthy!
Very happy with our new puppy, we were a little concerned but in the end we couldn't ask for a better process and we would recommend it to anyone to try.

Delia is doing well. Only comment is the Metlife didn't honor the Wellness Checkup. They told us there is a 7 day grace period and we did take her within the 72 hours to the Vet.

You did great. He is beautiful and healthy. His vet gave him a shot and deworm medication. I think as a precaution. He is more than I expected. His energy is draining me because I a, 78 years old but I a, getting things under control. He slept in his carrier for 6 days but he wanted to play after a few hours. Last night I put him on the floor next to my bed and he slept a lot longer. Little but little one step at a time. Potty training is taking a lot longer. But he will learn. I believe that once I can take him outdoors the process will accelerate. So thank yup very much- you've done a great job. Thank you very much. I'm sure he will be my best friend for a long long time. God BLESS YOU.

Everything was good. We are choosing not to get pet insurance. We are taking Eli to our vet Monday afternoon. He is active and loving. He especially loves our 9 yr old great granddaughter. We wondered if he was use to playing with kids. The Only issue we have is our 11 yr old girl Westie is not very happy about this new Addition. I think it's pretty normal at first. She was our only dog for years after our Other Westie passed away years ago.

All in all we had a good experience with Pawrade. The people with whom we spoke during the entire process were very knowledgeable and pleasant. Our two main concerns were that when we received the picture of the travel-ready Mickey, he didn't look like the picture of the Mickey we'd chosen. His ears were different both in color and shape. We were assured this was the same dog, however. Our second concern was the delivery of the dog. The travel route made no sense at all and twice we tried to communicate with the drivers by text with no response from them. Nevertheless, our puppy arrived on the date and at the time indicated, and was given a healthy stamp of approval when examined by our own vet yesterday.
This was a great experience. The process was spelled out so that I understood all aspects of getting my new puppy. Everyone I dealt with was very kind and helpful. They always responded quickly so I was not hanging around waiting on an answer or to find out what my next steps were. I would highly recommend this service.
