Thank you to the Team at Pawrade and the Breeders who delivered little Archie (now Yogi) to us. The process was seamless and very reassuring from the beginning. Constant availability for communication was reassuring. Our beautiful boy showed up by ground transport on 1/23/25 the day after a huge snowstorm in a place where it never snows FLORIDA! He arrived on time showing all the signs of being cared for and we just can't thank everyone enough. Thank you so much to every one involved who made it all possible.

The processes was great! The communication was top notch, even when it was hard to get a hold of me because of my work schedule they found a way. The breeder was very informative and gave me some tips and tricks for the pup and the puppy is absolutely perfect and healthy!

Thank you. She is doing soooo great. We love her as much as she loves us. She is growing so fast, loves playing, eating, and loves to kiss! Pawrade is the best place to get a happy, healthy fur baby. From start to finish it was great. I hope no-one will be afraid of purchasing a fur baby on line. Pawrade it's safe and great service. Good experience only snag was stamps on vaccinations didn't match dates so Vet wasn't sure whether he got his latest vaccine. They were wanting to vaccinate him right then but I had them hold off because the message from Pawrade said no vaccinations within 10 days. Also he had fleas. But cutiepie lots of energy and great dog so far.

Everything went great. Archie formally Tate is a lot more active than expected, did not seem to have any ill affects from the long trip. He is eating and drinking normally and wants to play all the time. Since he arrived at 9:30PM, it took him a while to settle down when we went to bed. Thanks John A.

Was very disappointed after receiving the puppy. She was so urine stained and not a good smell. I've had her for a week and the urine stains are still with her even all several washes. Hopefully her coat will recover from the disgusting stains.

We have no problem with Pawrade. The problem was the delivery service. We received a phone call on Thursday from the delivery service stating that Taylor would arrive on Friday August 2, 2024, at 6 AM. We called the delivery service to confirm the information, and was told the driver would call us 3 hours prior with the exact ETA. Later Thursday evening we received a phone call from the driver stating that he would arrive at 2 AM Friday Morning. The actual time turned out to be 3:30 AM. Upon receiving the puppy from the driver, he stated she needed a bath. We proceeded with the bath. The first bath water was black. Then on to second bath. Bath water was a little better. By 4:30 we were exhausted. We had no sleep prior, as we were waiting for the dog.

Everything went smoothly. Transfer happened about 4:46 AM a little earlier than I prefer but everything is good & Gary is very happy here running around with Meredith my other Westie.

My westie puppy arrived happy and healthy, The transportation people were diligent and took great care of my dog. They even gave him a bath before handing him over. The contact with customer service was great, any questions were answered quickly. All aspects of the purchase of my dog went smoothly with no problems
