We changed his name to Hamilton. Hamilton has been great so far but still learning. We've already tought his SIT! He's so super smart! We love him so much!

I had a great experience with Pawrade! I have used family breeders in the past - Pawrade made things so much easier. They centrally coordinate vetting individual breeders, provide an online interface available 24/7 (family breeders vary dramatically in communication practices), and arrange reliable and trustworthy transportation. I was able to select a pup, communicate with my specialist about details and timing, and the pup was delivered to our door as promised using a GPS app that showed her location. She was in excellent health and clearly had already been well socialized by a family breeder with children who played with the pups. My local vet said she was perfect! We adore her, and Pawrade made the process so much easier and less stressful. I know the costs may be a bit higher than some listings, but the price is well worth it for the peace of mind, reliability and efficiency. I have already recommended them to my daughter in law and she is expecting her pup this month!

Overall the process was extremely easy! There were moments that I got frustrated with the communication not being entirely accurate. And I was a bit upset that I did not receive the vaccinations paperwork with the puppy. I had to ask about it and was sent a screenshot which is not acceptable. So I had to request a hard copy. Hopefully I'll receive that soon??

The transporters were very helpful. Unfortunately the necessary paperwork was not included in the packet. I was able to get it when I called.

Great puppy. Transportation needs a tune up. No need to have a puppy in a van for 3 days. Additionally, the company needs to be on the same page as the transport team. I signed off on transfer of ownership when the puppy was delivered. Then two days later I was asked for the same information By Pawrade.

The process was somewhat complicated but the help from Kelly, Shannon, Carli,(especially Carli)and Alisa carried us through. In spite of a very long day in the crate, Howdy was tired but in good shape when we were finally able to get him. The airline people took good care of him. Thank you to everyone who helped us welcome this sweet boy to our family.

Pawrade made the whole experience pleasant and fairly easy. It is reassuring knowing the breeders have been pre-screened. I appreciated the ability to also schedule a travel-panion to deliver my new family member which saved me time. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone who is seeking a new puppy.

I was a little nervous buying a puppy without physically seeing her. Pawrade got me in touch with the breeder and all my questions/concerns were answered. My new puppy is healthy and full of spunk. Love her..

The communication was often, but too may uncertain questions. We were suppose to receive a packet of good information and we were told they would have to contact the breeder. Pawrade should know what the breeder should be doing. We still need our package of information. We do not have information on the chip the puppies have so we can change their names. I took the puppies to the Vet today and had to call to find out their shot records. However, the pups are in excellent health we are enjoying both puppies very much. Please send me the packet of information I was to receive. Thank You

I am very happy I did this! lost my best friend on 11/7/2022 never thought I could feel that much loss. but once I saw Chases photo and saw he was 21 weeks old I told myself getting him. I have had him 3 days now and could not be happier! I Did change his name to Ripper.

The buying process was very slow, lack of responses and I received the Puppy perfect but without information regarding Vaccins and Dog certificate. Not a formal process, to much friction. Not happy at all.

Very smooth process. The nanny was great! And we love our puppy- he has made himself at home!
Jade Warner was excellent. Transportation via Pampered was good but had trouble communicating with us. I only had 45 minutes to get the house ready for the puppy! Communication with Pawrade on weekends needs to improve. Questions are not answered over the weekend which can be frustrating especially when transportation and general questions are involved. Otherwise a really good experience!!!
At the beginning I thought, this sounds too good to be true, and something probably it's not true. I took my chances and my surprise was that everything went exactly as scheduled. Thank you so much Pawrade for all the support given and for my new puppy. Tyler is part of a happy family and now my family has a new furry member. Thank you so much.

Process was smooth and the calls and Emails from the support staff were all very helpful. The only slight glitch was the actual pick up at the airport and the fault of the carrier. I arrived to a closed American Airlines at Burbank Airport. After paging them for 45 minutes someone finally arrived. All ended well.

The staff with whom I interacted were fantastic. Professional and answered all questions. My only issue is my puppy has an underbite and I was not made aware of it. I most likely would have chosen another puppy if I knew.
