For us, this process was a positive experience. Pawrade seems to have all the bases covered. Excellent communication, throughout the process. Beautiful dog! Our dog even "knows" to use the training pads, when nature calls. That's a big deal! Thanks Pawrade!

From the time we discovered Parade we were hopping every was legit. Prior to these we were scammed out of 1,000.00 dealing with someone from Arkansas. But to my relief everything went as it unfolded. We are very happy for of your service and we just love adding Hunter( Milo) to our family. We have a 3 year old Yorkie and we are sure they will be come a big happy family! Thanks Carl Clause

Carlos and Destiny were great, but it was confusing having to correspond with so many different people. It would have been nice if the breeder had at least tried to send an updated picture like others had done. I never heard from them. Nessa (Giselle) is wonderful.

The entire process with Pawrade was fabulous, with the help received with all our questions, the extra photos & videos to the actual delivery of our baby Lola. The two gentleman that transported Lola from Missouri to our home in New Jersey were absolutely great. They kept me appraised every step of the way. Again, thank you Pawrade very much for all tye thoughtfulness in responding to all our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend anyone desiring a quality puppy 🐶 to utilize this company the service was outstanding. It's one circumstance purchasing a puppy visiting a kennel, observing all the pups; but it's very different purchasing a puppy sight unseen; only observing photographs, verbal information and videos. A wonderful experience through and through, like working with a proper puppy concierge service. Everyone I've worked with has been nice, professional, timely in their responses and follow-up, and the delivery guy was great. I'd definitely do this again!

Puppy was dirty when we received him. Puppy was barely walking. Puppy was sick on day two. Puppy was delivered weeks late due to puppy being too small. Puppy delivery driver forget to mention the arrival time result in come in 0615. I had to come back from work for the delivery.
Andrew and Garrhert were great. They took care of Mea and she arrived in great shape. Both young men took care of her extra ordinarily.
Excellent customer service, from the beginning to the very last moment everyone was extremely friendly, professional, attentive, caring , accommodating, attentive, and loving. The love poured out of everyone that had anything to do with this transaction. The delivery team was awesome, kind, warm , attentive, loving, respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. The entire experience was great! Truly amazing and easy , love was definitely pouring out of every single person involved in this beautiful experience. I will highly recommend this wonderful opportunity and experience to everyone I know that is looking to purchase a puppy or pet .

This was a wonderful experience! I worked with a fabulous puppy concierge once I decided to bring a puppy into my home via this organization - she kept in constant contact & really managed my expectations throughout the process. My little guy is just perfect!
Smooth sailing! Everyone worked seamlessly to help us on the procedure to get our little sweetheart.

For the most part, very satisfied with whole experience. Cost is definitely an issue and length of time to get puppy delivered. Future customers, be advised, it will take weeks to get your puppy, not days!!

We talked to the breeder & a Pawrade Rep before buying our Yorkie puppy. Here is what we were told on the call: 1. He does not bark 2. He' potty-pad trained 3. He is 8lbs. 4. He sleeps through the night The travel nanny said... 1. He does not bark 2. He slept through the night Here is what we got & what the Veterinary told us the day after he was delivered to us: 1. He was over 9lbs (already bigger than both of his supposed birth dogs) - Not the 8lbs we were told 2. He barks NON-STOP at everything. 3. He is NOT potty-pad trained. He pees & poops everywhere EXCEPT on the pad. He rips up the pads & bites them as if he has NEVER seen them before. 4. He poops on the floor AFTER being walked 5. Only 1 testicle dropped so he will need an INVASIVE and EXPENSIVE surgery to get neutered. We were pressured to buy because the breeder had someone else interested We've had a puppy before, that's why we asked SPECIFIC questions. We are HORRIBLY DISAPPOINTED & feel SCAMMED!

Well, I started this process with a little bit of doubt because I had just been burned online for $280.00. But, once I spoke the staff members at Pawrade they calmed my fears about using the services to find my forever puppy. The process works!! So if want to be comforted during each step of working with a breeder, this is the ONLY company to work with. My puppy was driven in by car and hand-delivered from Indiana! The nanny was so professional and explained everything to me before leaving my Nachos- Yorkie terrier with me. She even sent pictures of my baby and her along the trip to Buffalo. I will always purchase from this company in the future if I want a new fur baby.
This was the first time I went through this kind of process. It seems to work very well. I loved the tracking on the delivery process. It helped me stay calm from the excitement of waiting for the puppy.
I cannot believe I have my yorkie!! Benji is so loved and has already adjusted and is enjoying being spoiled!
We are so happy to have brought Lawrence who now goes by Orin home. The process of using your services allowed us to have peace of mind that there was an animal waiting for us on the other end. We were able to meet/greet him via zoom, then started to prep for his arrival while everything was being worked out on the other end. We really appreciate the care and time to answer all the questions that we had and would use these services again in the future.
Toni was patient, easy to speak with about various options. The puppy Yorky is a lively new precious family member and the process with Pawrade was excellent in guidance to bring our baby home.
