Generally the overall experience was good. Rostin is great. The only thing that could be improved was finding out last minute (when he was already on his way) he has a pre-existing condition.

Pawrade is true to their word. I was up at midnight to meet Joy is what I renamed her but the nanny had kept her happy despite flight delays. She is a bundle of energy and Joy as her name states. (They had her named Missy). Thank you!

I was worried about buying a puppy online & did a lot of research before using Pawrade. They let me ask any questions I had & got my answers for me. I was able to do a zoom call with the breeders. And they sent several current photos & videos upon request. The breeders met me at the airport to deliver our sweet puppy & we're so helpful. Our first Vet appt went well. Puppy was completely healthy & just had a minor yeast ear infection. We've had her for 12 days now & she's perfect. Happy, healthy & doing everything a puppy should. I got the exact puppy I saw online & everything matched up. I will update this as time passes in regards to the health guarantee & MetLife insurance. (Hopefully we don't need either one though) 😊

Pawrade hit it out of the park with our yorkie "Cornelius". From the moment he came thru our door we knew he was special. He's such a treasure. The service to bring him to us was awesome. We searched high & low for the right organization to find him for us and we can't say enough about pawrade. The whole process was up front and wonderful. The staff was very attentive to our messages and any worries we might have had. It's wonderful to have the joy of a healthy puppy back in our home again. I would never get a puppy anywhere else. Pawrade is amazing! Very professional, very serious and passionate about what they do. The staff is absolutely fantastic! They help us from beginning to end. Well, I was not completely scammed. I did receive a puppy. Would I do business w Pawrade again? No….#1 I purchased a puppy that was supposed to b a teacup. His brothers and sisters were also marketed as teacups, multi-gen and champion bloodlines. #2. Somehow, an undescended testicle (predisposes puppy to testicular cancer and costs more to neuter) was unnoticed by a "licensed veterinarian" #3 the puppy and belongings were delivered smelling of smoke. For thousands of dollars this is completely unacceptable. "I am sorry; I understand" was the response I received. Lesson learned….know or have references on the breeder as they will advertise anything to make a quick buck. Ask for a couple of generations down the line for sire and dam. Save yourselves the money. Its like a huge car lot selling hundreds of different makes/models. No way they can b familiar with all the breeders and intricacies of the different breeds of dogs. Like I said I was scammed but at least I received a pup

I was a little skeptical at first acquiring a puppy via internet but I have nothing but great things to say. The communication was top notch. Every concern is as addressed and resolved. I would definitely use Pawrade again and would recommend to anyone looking for a puppy.

The experience with Pawrade was excellent. Once I reserved Ava, the team at Pawrade were great at communicating the next steps. I think the breeder could have offered current pictures and weight while I waited, but I do understand, they have more puppies besides mine. The white glove delivery did take longer than expected, but they were great at letting me know. I took Ava in for her vet appointment and they said she was in excellent health.
They were very easy to work with!! Had the puppy here on the day they estimated and gave me a lot of good info on what to do when he got here. I also like how they called me multiple times with information
