I think overall it is well thought out and executed by your personnel. I do think the Met life pet insurance is a scam and alot of window dressing placed into Pawrade to give perspective buyers of puppy's an incentive to buy a puppy, with the hopes of having a vet bill paid if something is missed by the breeders vet, which in my case it was. My doing all in agreement of the 72 hour wellness check by visiting my vet and finding a small lipoma on the puppy r rear leg, then calling Metlife, I was declined in having the policy work as described within Pawrade website. MetLife declined to have the Lipoma removed with a so-called exclusion by legal definition. This in my opinion is fraud. I'm so glad I did not buy into a longer policy to be scammed later on when I need their so-called insurance.

If I could give a zero, I would. I purchased a Schnoodle puppy that I was told was in perfect health. When I took my puppy to the Vet, it was discovered that he had an umbilical hernia and an undescended testicle. He also hopped like a bunny. He did not like straightening his rear legs. He required three incisions during his neutering: one for neutering, one to repair an umbilical hernia, and one because his undescended testicle was difficult to reach. When I reached out to Pawrade. I was offered to return the puppy, and I could get a replacement. Are you kidding me? My dogs are my children and you just do not exchange. After I declined that offer, I was given $150 refund for this poor puppies issues and added surgical expense. By time he was almost one, his legs worsened. He needed surgery. After surgery, I contacted Pawrade and they said his condition didn't meet their health quarantee and no refund would be given. BEWARE-DO NOT BUY FROM PAWRADE, they are just a brokerage and LIARS!

I’m very impressed on how fluid their operation is from beginning to end. My puppy had to make a plane change to get here from Virginia to Florida & we were lucky all when according to plan. I’ve had 3 Labs in past & this is a very beautiful Yellow Lab.

The people who work at Pawrade seem to really care about the animals they are placing. Throughout the entire process we were kept informed of our puppy’s progress toward coming to live with us.
Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional and helpful. Weston is so adorable, smart and just amazing, and we’re totally in love with him! The only negative things are that he has had Giardia since right after we got him, he’s on his 2nd round of medication, and we also have to do ball therapy with him for his teeth.
Smooth process, Excellent customer service, All the reps were in contact with me from the beginning to the end. Highly recommend this service

I picked my Shih Tzu out from at least 60 others. It was hard because every puppy in his breed was beautiful. It was a very smooth transaction and the customer service was phenomenal. They got back to me quickly whenever I had questions. My little Elvis is the most loving, healthy, beautiful puppy one can ask for. He arrived by Puppy Express in great spirits, on time, and with no complications. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pawrade to anyone who is looking for a healthy puppy.

From start to finish, Pawrade was fantastic with the process of receiving our little Hudson! Any questions we had, they were quick to respond. Very communicative! When it came for transportation for Hudson, even the driver was amazing and super friendly. When we received Hudson he was in perfect condition and had little to no anxiety. You can tell he was well taken care of from their breeder. 10/10 recommend!!
Overall, I had a great experience with Pawrade! I love my new puppy, Piper! The breeders were great and the transfer was easy. My only complaint was when I messaged them, they didn’t always respond to the messages I sent them. Even if they didn’t know the answer, it would have been nice for someone to respond. Let me know you’re looking into it and will get back to me within 24 hours.
I took a leap of faith and worked with Pawrade and selected a puppy by pictures. They kept in touch with me all the way through the process. She arrived by ground transport. She was definitely well taken care of. She was clean and happy. I am one happy customer. I highly recommend them.
Communication and coordination was great. At our request, we had the opportunity to speak with the breeder as well. Would recommend Pawrade to anyone seeking to obtain a puppy.
The whole process was relatively smooth. I would say arranging transportation was a little frustrating. Billing came in for transport without anyone calling or communicating in any way. I had questions I needed answered before I was willing to pay for the transportation. The Pawrade customer service was supposed to be available until 11pm EST, but we called at 8:30 and could not get through, and at 9pm EST it was telling us they were closed. I was getting texts that I would lose the puppy, even though she was fully paid for already. This was within 48 hours of completing my purchase. I would suggest to make that part of the process a little more clear. I had been told initially transport would be within a week and then told it could take weeks to set up. There should be one message and then if you close customer service at 9pm EST then it should not be noted that you are open until 11pm EST.
The dog is everything the breeder said. Breeder was very helpful with getting a nanny and transporting the puppy.

Pawrade did an excellent job communicating and following up to make sure my puppy exchange went smoothly. I felt comfortable the process was legit, my breeder was quality and not a puppy farm, and that they ensured I got a healthy dog. My puppy is fabulous. Could not be happier.
