The customer service was amazing the communication was always a fast response. They answered all my questions with photos of the parents dogs and made the transaction feel personal as I had changed my mind on getting a male pup after putting deposit down on a female. Everyone was extremely friendly and caring! I unfortunately received the puppy with a bad case of diarrhea and low weight. I am getting him tested for parasites due to how low his weight is and had him treated for heart worm since it was such a long delivery trip. I am extremely appreciative that the service required the exam within 72 hours of the puppy being dropped off to catch the issue of his low weight and possible parasites. I would use the service again and even refer friends as long as the distance for delivery was closer to me. A 4 day travel time with multiple puppies in route is too much for such a little one.

The folks at Pawrade are very professional and informative. My only concern is the fact that the delivery folks had 18 puppies to deliver and the care and feeding had to be very stressful for the pups. The delivery was on time and very professional. I would definitely recommend Pawrade for anyone looking for a new puppy.

I hate leaving bad reviews but the dog arrived close death which meant about $1000 worth of vet. When we told pawparade about this problem they simply said submit bill to insurance. Perhaps their guaranty will apply if the dog dies in route but they have not lived up to any kind of guaranty so far. MetLife ( the insurance they recommend ) so far has not done nothing and they are not reimbursing. Before I purchased Francois the communication was great. I received a dog who had kennel caught, a runny noise, shaking, coughing and blood in his stool. The vet thought he wasn't gonna make it. It has been 15days. He is still taking antibiotics. I am $1000 in vet fee. When I contacted pawrade they said I need to send it to the assurance MetLife (the one they recommend) that by the way doesn't reimburse. Before buying the dog they assure you that if there is anything they will reimburse you for the médecine once you buy the dog they refer you to MetLife that doesn't reimburse. I am so disappoin

The adaption process was very smooth except for getting the address and the number of the breeder so I could pick up the puppy. I had to practically threaten the attendants answering the phone when I came down to the day before I was going to get her.

Michelle was amazing she returned calls, texts and emails very promptly. She was patient and answered all my questions or got the answers right away. She was so helpful and kind. Most importantly, we got a great puppy. He was everything we expected and could have ever wished for. The four-star rating is because of the transportation description. We had multiple options to choose from and in hindsight we should have flown him to us with a nanny, which would only have cost up slightly more. We were told that the ground delivery would be a "pampered ground delivery." However it turns out that our beloved dog was a "number" in the back of a truck with many other dogs for 48+ hours and when they arrived our puppy threw up (liquid- leading us to question whether or not he had even been fed) and he shaking profusely appearing traumatized. Thankfully he has since recovered. Pawrade should have been clear about exactly what happens during transport. Overall the staff was very friendly and very responsive. I would like to give huge props to "Kenny" who got the process rolling from the beginning and was super helpful and is an asset to Pawrade.

Love my puppy. Pawrade/Petpay process was very confusing. Felt like I was jumping thru hoops to get them all info required. Night before driving to Indiana to pick up my baby, I was still receiving email requests in the middle of the night. Since I was out the door by 7am, I certainly had no way to respond. Until day of pickup, I had no idea how much he weighed, and had to purchase 5 harnesses before getting one to fit his tiny body. So, please, I'm 75.and this entire process could have been much easier. Left me exhausted. But Love my pup.

Charlotte in video was around 6 weeks old, video should have been up to date of her actual age of 9 weeks old. Not going to the breeders kennel and meeting at McDonald's restaurant is a real big concern. Not getting a last name of the breeder, only his 1st name raises other concern. And getting puppy to a veterinary within 72 hours, should be not including weekends and none working hours.
