He is a very friendly English Cream Golden Retriever and a welcome addition to the household. He "prances" around the house with his stolen clogs (my daughter's old shoes) and is quite handsome and very, very happy ! My overall experience with this company was fantastic with a few small problems. I decided that I wanted to pay for the travel nanny and when I spoke to the travel, Concierge lady, she told me that it was only going to be about 2 to 3 days that I would have to wait to hear back for who the travel nanny was going to be. Well, that obviously did not happen and I ended up having to do cargo, which ended up totally be fine. The communication was very poor through text but when I called I always seemed to get somewhere. I would def recommend them and my baby is finally here!

Delivered the wrong dog. Airline blames breeder, breeder blames airline. My name and paperwork were on the kennel of a cocker spaniel when I was supposed to be receiving a mini dachshund. $750 for delivery and a day of work missed by my wife and I set us back $1,000. Pawrade sent us a gift bag with a large bandana for the dog when he doesn't even fit in a xsmall harness yet. Just a lot of lack of attention to detail where there shouldn't be. Especially considering how much the entire purchase came to.

Very slow response to my original inquiries and then request to reserve my dog. A ridiculous number of EMAILS thru the whole process. I even got a TEXT telling me about each email. So I would have 20+ communications EVERY DAY. It became ridiculous. More forms to finalize the deal. It was funny. All the forms required signatures, initials and covered Pawrade's interests and didn't even mention my interests. Once I paid, ALL communications—all through to delivery—came through PETPAY. (The payment company?) —Even their Transfer of Ownership form. Strange. My new dog has been with me 6 days now, and the company continues to send me emails (such as a repeated request for the Transfer of Ownership and duplicate request for photo of me with my dog in a very specific pose for their records.) I sent it, but I told them that would be the last email from me. Pretty bazaar experience. The reason they charge so much for each dog is because they have to pay 8 people used during the process!

Thank you pawrade ! What an awesome experience. We are in our 60's and have had several pets overtime . From the first contact to the last . The whole process was better than we expected . We met our new family member at the airport cargo drop off . The plane was a little late but we didn't mind waiting for our beautiful precious cargo . Even though she traveled for 16 hours , she greeted us with the best puppy kisses ever ! We just can't thank pawrade enough for such a great experience. Thanks Again , Linda

Selected a mini-dachshund based on the photos and write up. We have purchased dogs before (some with known medical issues) and they have all lived full and happy lives and received any special care required. The moment this puppy hit the floor of our home we noticed her back legs were not looking and acting right. Her hind legs slide side to side and she drags her right rear leg when she gets tired. We took her to the Vet within 48 hours of delivery and they told us she has a birth defect in her hips. She is too young for x-rays, but at 10 months they can explore solutions or surgery. Odds are she will always limp and drag her legs at times for the rest of her life. I know the contract states "as is", but there was no mention of this blatantly obvious problem. Very disappointed in the trust factor from the breeder and/or company. Special dogs need special care and they are very lucky she landed where she will receive it. There are people out here who care and would still adopt.

It was such a great experience. Olive (we changed her name from Deanna) is everything we were hoping for! She is loving and playful and gives the best snuggles! Our experience with Pawrade was great as well. As soon as I picked my pup out, the whole process was so smooth and I had my baby girl in just a few days. I would definitely use Pawrade again.
