Pawrade was very helpful during the whole process of us looking for a new puppy. Cassi our new baby arrived and has brought joy into our lives since. I highly recommend pawrade and our reps, Alyssa and Cassidy.
We love our amazing puppy! The transportation team were amazing and he arrived in great condition and smelled so good. It was obvious he had been paid attention to and given love on the long trip from Georgia to Arizona! The whole process of purchasing him was well explained each step. Great communication!

I just love my puppy Bunker, now his new name. He's adorable!! All the teams that I worked with, Cassidy, Lois, Cindy and Reagen were all absolutely 💯 per cent the best!! My only disappointment was the mix-up the Airline's made by sening the wrong dog to the wrong distanation. My pup went to Los Vagas. Then they needed to redirect him back to Portland, Maine. Poor pup had to fly for 2 days. I believe that this error caused him extra stress...

Yall lied to me. Said this puppy would be 2-3 lbs full grown. Charged me 15k and then sent me a 9 week old puppy weighing 3.5 lbs. i want a refund. This is fraud.

She is precious and beautiful. My vet says she is very healthy. Feel so lucky to have her in my life. Need your help in getting a copy of the transfer of ownership from Down Home Pet Transport. Signed it, had photo with ID taken. Asked Dustin, who delivered her, to email me a copy of this document. Said he would do it as soon as he got back to the truck.As of today I still have not received it so I am unable to complete the required paperwork. Have written emails and tried to call. Still no response. Any help you can give me would be appreciated. Do not mean to be a problem, but I am unable to complete the paperwork until I get a copy of this document. Billie Pearson

The whole process, from picking out puppy to getting her delivered, was wonderful! Kenny was my first concierge contact. He was the nicest gentleman (he even called me on his day off to help finalize my purchase and answer questions). Lois was my next concierge. She was wonderfully prompt with any contacts, very informative and kind. The delivery service was selected by the breeder and I highly recommend Williams Puppy Carrier LLC. They were thorough about what to expect and put puppy needs first. I highly recommend purchasing a pet through this company!! The care and considerations provide are excellent—plus the health guarantee and insurance are an added comfort.

I have waited a month and a half to give feedback. I wanted to make sure to provide an honest experience. I was so scared of puppy scams like everyone else. I first spoke with Janel who is amazing, helpful and supportive. I worry about everything! The communication from everyone involved in all steps was impressive. My guy Ruben arrived after a 14 hour travel day. He flew in cargo on AA, which I was so nervous about. The Pawrade team provided airline updates along the way and talked me down (his 2nd flight was delayed so he took a different flight). He took 3 days to start walking around and checking things out. He was primarily outside and now he is primarily inside. He passed his wellness except he did get coccidia from his stress during travel and life change. The vet said to calm down and it's normal and very easy for puppies to get we just have to treat it and be careful. He is adjusting very well. I have only good thongs to say about Pawrade and the process for getting my Ruben!

Worst experience ever. Poor communication once I submitted full payment and my poor puppy arrived infested w ticks!! Awful breeders!!!! Pawrade did nothing to compensate me for the extra vet bills etc that I had to pay just to alleviate my puppy's condition. Going to report this puppy mill.

Our puppy Maia (Tizzy) arrived with a double ear infection and bronchitis. She has since had two types of parasites. She is very lovable and smart but I hate she has to go through this and all the meds she has been on.

Pawrade was absolutely excellent! We searched and picked our perfect puppy, and the Pawrade team was there every step of the way to answer our questions and guide us through the process. They provided everything from detailed information about our puppy's breeder to the logistics behind the delivery process. We have had our little guy since January, and we are so thrilled to have found him through Pawrade - excellent team and we will certainly work with them again!
I loved how everyone I talked to was really kind and helped explain everything that needed to get done. For being a first time pet parent, it was really nice having people to walk me through things. I am very thankful that everyone worked with me, so that I would have a great experience! I loved going through this process because I knew that my puppy is well cared for and healthy. I appreciate everything they did and I love my new pet!

I'm so happy we decided to go with Pawrade! Because our puppy originally did not pass her fecel test, her delivery was delayed. I was planning to give the puppy to my daughter for Easter and it was a strong possibility that she would not arrive on time. I called the salesperson, Kenny, and he did what it took to get that puppy here on time! I am so grateful for the effort made to make this Easter the most special one for my daughter and our family.
