Service was great! Aaron and Josh from Wags on Wheels were great! My concern was the length of time/ distance my pup traveled when W on W had to come back through northern Indiana in order to get to Wisconsin. Did my pup have siblings traveling to the east coast so they were making only one stop at the breaders?

I was disappointed that I did not get to see where my Charley (previously Pete) was born and grew up. Also, the person delivering my puppy to the Walmart parking lot said we could have met her much closer to our home. This was also disappointing. Everyone was very friendly but I did not know where my 2 day trip would take me until the afternoon before I left. This was nerve wracking. On a scale of 1-10 I would give you a 5.

Our new puppy is fitting in wonderfully at our home. His new sister's adore him and he is having lots of fun playing with them. Thank you for making this experience nice and easy. If I could send a photo I would. He is just so happy and so are we.

The whole team from every part of Pawrade did a great job and got my new toy poodle to me quickly and with very little stress on her. But the best part of the process is how wonderful and beautiful she is! She's immediately become a part of the family after one day. Thanks to everyone there!
Communication wasn't as frequent as I would have liked, when the first puppy had some medical issues. However, they were very accommodating to ensure that the puppy was delivered safely.

The service Pawrade provides is amazing, as their representatives give a wealth of information to you. The only thing I can say that should be improved are the requirements and communication for those requirements. For instance, I was told that I had to take a picture of the puppy with myself in it and submit that, but that was done by the drivers. Not a big issue, but I was asked to provide the picture when the drivers said they would upload it. So maybe just a miscommunication between the drivers, website, and representatives. I was also told to upload documents to the website, but there's no where on the website, that I can see, to accomplish this. Some documents were sent to me days after my puppy arrived, yet I was prompted to submit these documents when they weren't provided to me. It's just a lot of confusion, and I believe this should be worked out better between Pawrade and the drivers.

1st time using pawrade. From the beginning until the day we received our puppy, the staff at Pawrade answered all our questions. Explained in detail how the process of adoption works. Always letting us know what the next step would be. Thank you for letting us adopt Maybree. She is a very sweet girl!

Great experience and got the absolute perfect puppy that I was looking for with minimal hassle.
Pawrade has wonderful team of people working together seamlessly and help me get my lovely puppy. I thank all the staff including the breeder.
The whole process was very structured and easy. The communication was great and the signing of forms/payment was super simple. Best of all, we love our puppy!
Everything was done professionally.
We received our puppy Maximums in the middle of the night by two lovely young men. Maximus is beautiful and growing every day. I would love to send pictures but I can't seem to do that on this page. Rochelle at Pawrade was an amazing person to deal with. Even though I am Pacific time and she Eastern (I think), Rochelle seemed to always get back to me quickly. I appreciate her kind and cheerful follow up emails. I will absolutely recommend Pawrade to other families looking for their forever pet.

The whole experiance was wonderful from beginning to end. Buying a puppy across the country was a little scary for me but Pawrade made it so easy. My puppy was delivered right to my door. It was stress free. As far as the individual breeders go, (Tiffani and Jerald Swarnes) I can tell they work with the puppies and they come from caring homes. After the first day I could see that they strive to make sure their pups are the highest quality both in their lineage but also in the nurturing they give their pups. These things are extremely important if your dog will be interacting with kids.Thank you to the Swarnes for taking the time to give her a great start in life. If I were to ever get another puppy, I would ask for a pup from the very same breeders. She's smart, loveable and sweet. She learns quickly and she bonded to us quickly. She's goofy and funny too. I'm going to start a training program with her and I have no doubt she will excel at it.
