Everything was fantastic, until she was picked up for delivery. From that moment on, nothing went as we were told it would, and there was virtually zero communication about what was going on. After our pup was picked up from Pawrade, it was the most inept, bungled mess I have ever been a part of. Pawrade, though, is FANTASTIC!! All of their staff go out of their way to answer any questions that you have, try to explain everything in detail, describe parts of the process - even the ones that they have no control over! The folks I dealt with were all super pleasant no matter what time I called (because I have a weird work schedule, I had to call at odd hours), and you can easily tell how much they love the puppies. They are GREAT to deal with!!!!

Did not get contact info on time for metlife. Tried to call and no answer waited for a call back after leaving message and nothing. I have been doing what I'm suppose to do. Already took her to vet but you gave me info for met life to late. Just no communication between you and us when we had questions.

From beginning to end, the process was seamless, easy, fast, and pleasant. Once we chose our puppy, we were contacted immediately by Jenelle, our "puppy concierge". The communication was great, all of our questions were answered quickly. Transportation was arranged by Pawrade. We put a lot of faith and trust in Pawrade to provide us with a healthy, ethically bred puppy, and our trust was not misplaced. He came fully up to date on his vaccines, had a head start on crate and potty training, and was already well socialized. He had his papers from the AKC, as well past vet visits and 30 days of health insurance through MetLife pet. We definitely recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a new furbaby.

This was our first puppy. I wanted a dog that is good with kids and families. We were going to through a rough time. My boyfriend died in a car accident day after thanksgiving and My kids and I were having a rough time with dealing with the tradgedy. I was looking on pawrade and saw Asher and knew that it was our dog to be in our family. The process was very tideous but it is important because this is a life decision for and your puppy. My puppy came from Indiana and chose to have him flown in. Overall Asher is adjusting well and blessing to our family. I would recommend parade.

I could not be happier with my new little puppy. I've always wanted a little Yorkie and I really enjoyed being able to make my selection from so many adorable puppies. Pawrade was extremely easy to work and I like that they only work with trustworthy caring breeders across the US. They gave me so much helpful information on how to welcome our new addition and how to take care of him once he arrived. I wish I would have known about Pawrade years ago and will definitely tell everyone that admires this healthy little bundle of energy how he became a part of our family.
