I' love Kaiya "Nova" but I have to be honest. It took her slot longer than I expected. I drove 2 hours to meet them otherwise she wouldn't have arrived at my house until 1 or 2 am even though I picked her up 2 hours from my home at 5:30 pm. Their route was awful one day their 309 miles away and the next day their 800 miles away. And they go down the wrong road which I have been on that road and it's ruff on me I can only imagine how ruff it was on her. I expected to see a wagging wheel vehicle not a U-Haul type vehicle. I walked away from this experience believing the care was lost over the years within this company. 5 dogs being dropped off at different locations. I would recommend to anyone to have their dog flown in. I don't know when Kaiya will be ready to go back in a vehicle. She spent 3 days 8 hours when they called me and they didn't sound good I asked if I could pick her up and the couldn't ask me but they jumped all over it when I did. I will request a discount

Everything was amazing! My only constructive comment is give the customer a couple in person calls. Getting texts through an app is unsettling when it's multi thousands of dollars being spent.

At first I was hesitate of the idea buying a puppy being bought site unseen all bur pictures. There was a lot of questions. All tried to assure me that this wasn't a scam.. this was mentioned quite a number of times. Each time I was assured no scam. The day came for my puppy to arrive. She is great, fisty and quite a personality. We fell in love immediatly. She sure has added a lots to our home. Definitely Not a Scam...... Thank You, Linda

I couldn't be happier with my experience. Everybody involved during the whole process of choosing our puppy, paying for it, waiting, preppy and finally getting it, was knowledgeable and very caring. Beth was so helpful in helping me make sure I was getting the right puppy for our family. I got to speak directly with different breeders and got smart about what to expect and about specific puppies I was interested in. I received photos and updates of our puppy every week without having to ask for them. I got all the info I needed in terms of what to feed him and how to take care of him. I finally got our puppy and he is an absolute dream! He has stolen all our hearts! Thanks everybody for making this happen for us.

Bruno is so darn cute. Well behaved with a great little puppy personality. He does have puppy dandruff, eye discharge and wheezing cough….we see my vet tomorrow. Surprised that the food that pawrade recommends is something totally different from what the breeder gave us when we got him yesterday. I would have liked more communication with the breeder on their recommendations…..before I picked up the puppy…..and bought all this other food. But happy overall with the little guy. Pawrade did not help us with any transportation issues….so I could have gone directly with the breeder in hind sight
