I am so pleased with my decision to use Pawrade. Everyone, from my puppy concierge, Janell, to my puppy travel assistant, Donna, was helpful and amazing.
Scooter is doing just fine. Our cat Max is warming up to him. He's apart of our family.

Excellent! That is how the entire process of getting our little Kelvin to our home was from the beginning to when he arrived at our home all those miles away! I especially liked the idea that I could call and have questions answered anytime. We wanted a puppy that would grow up to be a specific weight and we were told about the parents, even received photos of them. We do love our little ball of love and kisses! Thank you Pawrade!

Everyone I spoke with or dealt with via text or email was courteous, friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful experience. Emma Paige (formerly Vivian Rita) is an absolute gem. Thank you for all your help and support along the way.
My husband and I were very apprehensive of adding a member to our family through a website. We've all heard of the online scams or horror stories of adopting a puppy with unexpected health or behavioral issues. So, IF you are feeling that way, let us put your mind as ease. Our experience with Pawrade was wonderful. Not only is their breeder-vetting reassuring, but their whole process was organized and very simple to navigate. From the concierge that answered all of our questions throughout our initial search (6 months of looking), to the assistant that provided updated photos and puppy-specific details from the breeder once we found a puppy, and finally the coordinator that kept us abreast of any travel notes...the communication was pleasant, professional, and thorough. I was so pleased with how responsive and supportive the staff was; they truly seemed as excited as we were to be adding a new member to our family.

Everything went well except the pick up. I went to the people terminal, but she was at the freight cargo location. San Diego airport is under construction, I stayed at the luggage claim area for an hour. Lois gave me the address, but construction complicated the process. In the future, please instruct people to pick up at freight cargo, not the main terminal. We love our puppy and are trying to potty train her. The rest of the process was exceptional. Thanks for you help and for Lois to give me the correct address. Even with GPS, I drove around looking for the claim area and was dressed out.
With the best care and with many facilities, my family and I were able to find our new member.

Pawrade went ABOVE and beyond throughout the entire process from answering any and all questions to helping through the adoption transition and delivery process. Every representative was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and were just as excited as we were to adopt our little one. Five star service! I will be telling everyone about Pawrade!

I couldn't be happy with my Belle. From buying to delivery everyone was very helpful. The breeder went beyond my expectations. Sent pictures weekly, told us what toys she liked, sent a heatbeat stuffed animal with her mom and siblings scent on it to help her transition. I would definitely use Pawrade again
