Thank you to all the folks that helped facilitate the puppy process. I am delighted with my new Pug puppy. Besides being as adorable as they come, she is also healthy, loving, and quite smart. I'll admit I was a bit apprehensive at times because I'd never purchased a puppy online before, but you helped me through it and continually kept me informed along the way. I was also quite pleased with the Wags on Wheels transport service. The men that drove her here were so nice! I'm thankful!

Received our new companion, a Poodle, who is adorable. Pawrade did an excellent job of communicating constantly during the transition of our baby boy. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is he is 3 months old and much bigger than his pictures of 6-8 weeks old online, so he is a little more challenging to train since training really needs to begin around 8 weeks. Overall we are very happy as he is awesome! Pawrade should add more pictures often to reflect what your new companion looks like so expectations of appearance are met...

We are so thankful to Pawrade for helping us adopt our Louie. Everyone was so helpful and caring. Louie was well taken care of during his trip home and you can tell that the breeder took time with him and spoiled him rotten. We love him very much!!!!! Our hearts are full. We are very satisfied with our transaction of Lucky. They worked with us when we were asking several questions about a few dogs. The process was so easy and fast. I also like that they keep in touch the whole time until you get your fur baby and also checked on how he was doing a week later. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

We got our new Baby safe and sound! He traveled from Missouri to Oregon using the pampered ground delivery. When he got here he was happy and healthy. We are so in love with him and I think we will use this service again in the future if we get another fur baby to love on.

We have our sweet boy home and he is happy and healthy! The communication during the whole process was great I felt like Pawrade was really responsive, the only issue we ran into was the flight and communication with the airline and Pawrade. Connecting flight was missed leaving our guy in Chicago. The airlines got my guy on a plane however Pawrade didn't know he was in flight they were telling me they had no update. So we only knew to pick him up because my husband called the airlines to track him. My concern was they told me he was still in Chicago and they checked and confirmed he was in Chicago but my husband physically had him in Arizona at the pickup location. The travel issues were stressful and unfortunate. I do hope they are able to work on the communication with the airlines because we would consider using Pawrade again in the future if we could guarantee that wouldn't happen again

Pawrade was awesome for the whole process. Their "no puppy mill" promise is what drew us to the website to begin with. They made it very easy to see available puppies and communicate with the breeder so when we saw a puppy we liked we reserved it immediately. The process was quick after that and took minimal effort on our part. They even provide an assortment of material to get ready for the puppy's arrival. I highly recommend them for anyone searching for a puppy.
