From beginning to end, everyone was professional, super helpful and patient answering my questions making each step of the process extremely easy. I would not hesitate to recommend Pawrade to anyone who wants to get a new furbaby. I especially liked being able to interact with the breeder. Thank you to everyone involved!

Hi, I thought at first the puppies on Pawrade were a little expensive. But the service you get when you purchase a puppy is extraordinary. The whole process from the beginning to the end was very professional. With all the scammers out there it's great to know that there is a legitimate company that cares about you receiving a happy, healthy puppy. I love my new little guy and can't wait to receive the other puppy I purchased.

Pawrade did such a wonderful job at all the communications that needed to happen from beginning to end. They connected with me several times throughout the process to see if I had any further questions and ensured that we had all the documents signed and delivered. The transport system was on time and very caring of our sweet little puppy. Thanks to all for a wonderful experience!
The Pawrade people and delivery company were great at updating me and answering questions. My shihpoo puppy is a different story. He had a severe yeast infection in both ears and he shows no interest in food. I have to get very creative to get him to eat. However, he is a sweet, playful boy who loves everyone.
Everyone was extremely friendly, courteous, and took time to explain the entire process. Everything, including the delivery process was streamlined and went great!! Thank you to everyone that made this happen! It takes a village!
Percy arrived in the middle of the night last night. He is absolutely adorable. He trembled in my arms for two minutes and then began to cuddle. He's bright and beautiful. Percy is our fourth cocker spaniel (two litter mates were put down last fall at age 16 1/2) and he is a great competitor to our other splendid cockers. He's bright and already bonded with us both. He is charming, intelligent, funny and like all cockers extra sweet. We are delighted.

The service over all is ok. The puppies Banks and Dana were very well cared for and in good shape when we got them. The challenges arose in dealing with the Pawrade team thru the process of contracting, coordinating delivery, and basic scheduling of customer needs and questions. All you get is canned responses from the team that does not address the question you asked or address the customer needs. The contract is very detailed and tight in regards to Pawrad and Paypet. It is very one sided and leaves very little room for any type of discussion or changes to fit a specific need of a customer. For example, delivery of our puppies was scheduled a couple days before the 4th of July weekend. There 72 hour health check up could not be met per there contract due to the holiday. It took 3 wks to get a reasonable response to allow 1 more day in the contract criteria. Your questions are not answered, or referred to another Pawrad team member or just ignored. "Poor customer service"

Most interactions have been positive except for two complaints. 1.) I was seconds away from purchasing the puppy I had my heart set on... I had filled out all the paperwork, read through the agreements, created an account, entered my credit card information... and literally a few seconds before I clicked submit, I got a message saying that someone else had just purchased that puppy! I cried all evening. 2.) After I purchased a puppy, Cindy gave me info on the wrong puppy twice! The first time she told me I would have to pay extra to pick up the puppy a couple weeks later, even after the salesman had told me it would be completely fine... then she realized she was talking to the wrong person about the wrong dog. Then once again, when it was time for me to arrange pick up details, I was told that she would send me the breeder's contact info 3 days before my pick up date. She did not. Later she gave the the number for the wrong breeder which wasn't corrected until the day before pickup.

The process of getting my new fur baby was handled very well and smoothly, and everyone involved was friendly and helpful! I will definitely recommend Pawrade to anyone wanting to adopt a puppy.

Everything went good except when I got him he had a cut on his head it was done bleeding and it scabbed up I take him to vet tommorow

I can't say how well your service is. After all my research hen my wife and I decided to get a new puppy, let me say our new Shellie is fabulous. However your service was very helpful and answered all our questions and were very helpful in navigating through the entire process. If there is any negativity was how long our pup had to endure traveling. Nothing bad about the dog transporting company, in fact Stephen the driver was nice and answered all our questions and did t rush the transfer. Other than that your service was awesome and will likely use again when we are ready to purchase our next dog. So thank you again for your service.

I felt assured we would be getting a healthy puppy based on the procedures that you require for the breeders and the buyers. I love my new puppy Minnie Mae! And I love how organized and thorough Pawrade was throughout the entire adoption process. I was surprised at every corner of the process. And so happy to be back home with Minnie Mae!
I gave the company 5 stars - I almost went 4 but in the end you delivered exactly what you promised to deliver and that was a happy and healthy puppy. It was not Pawrade's fault that Sparky had two bouts with worms so the time frame was delayed quite a bit but again the promise to deliver a healthy puppy is more important then delivering a sick puppy ! I would like to thank Lois for going above and beyond when I was not understanding the delay's and it was her calming and informative communication that bumped a 4 star to a 5 star, rightfully so. I am more than happy with Sparky and I would recommend Pawrade and the travel service to anyone looking for a puppy or dog.
Everyone at Pawrade was delightful and knowledgeable and helpful. It seemed an odd way to acquire a new family member, sight unseen, but we are so very happy with our little piranha, er, I mean, puppy! JK! She's everything we had hoped for and our entire family (including our older dog) thank all of you at Pawrade!
Happy as can be, only thing i may do different is to pick up or fly puppy. Being on southwest coast i was one of the last deliveries on delivery. No fault to delivery service it was a very traumatic 5 day drive.

Everything went fine. I wish I had not bought the food supplement, as my vet didn't think it was necessary & I can't return it. Also my puppy had received more shots than he needed at his young age before I adopted him. Don't need vitamins breeder recommended either.
