Perfect experience all around. Had Beth and Tina guide me every step of the way. They were super helpful and I felt super comfortable. My new baby, Sir Sterling is the most loving, playful pup I have ever been around. He ties our little family altogether and I can't feel lucky enough ❤️ (the puppy guide that was given to me was so organized, fun to read, and mega insightful :) love you all at Pawrade! Thank you for helping me find my furever baby!

A+ for initial sales team. A+ for breeder. Double F- for follow through and transport team. The initial purchase was a breeze, incredibly professional and informative. However, the minute I purchased my puppy it was downhill from there. Worst part was I was lied to about the logistics of transportation. It took almost 3 full days to get him for a 9.5 hour trip. No one would give me a straight answer and the response to my inquiries was delayed, rude and/or full on ignored. There are too many hands/departments to deal with. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because I did actually receive my puppy. He is healthy and happy so far. But does have an abnormally heightened aversion to crates. I worry he was a bit traumatized from the extensive travel that should've never taken so long and I would have never allowed had I've been fully informed. Do better Pawrade Transport team.

We love Bella Marie West Very much!!!! The entire process was very enjoyable and the flight nanny yesterday gave me several updates throughout the day and she was very pleasant person and took very good care of Bella. Bella immediately ate and drank when she got home we did give her the medicine that y'all recommended and she enjoyed it she has been using the bathroom like she should and is getting adjusted to being in her new home very well… Once again we are very thankful that we found her through y'all and thank y'all for yawls help help and we are very appreciative

My pup is adorable and exceeded all expectations. So did customer service at each stage of the process. When I became impatient regarding pup's arrival time, the staff remained patient and kind. The folks at pawrade we're responsive, answered all my questions in a timely manner. I received a lot of information about when Lavender arrives, she is now Tala. She is healthy and seems to be very smart and already starting to respond to her new name, but has only been here for 15 hours. The paperwork had said her name was onyx but Tala is more fitting. The only personal issue I had was that she was delivered at 1:00 a.m. so it was a long night, and felt she should have come to me during the day, but she is here now. The gentleman that delivered her was friendly and professional. He kept me informed of his ETA through the whole trip. If your serious about getting a pup I would recommend using pawrade.

Pawrade communication was positive and welcoming at first. Then things began to unravel. It was unclear who exactly to communicate with. I was clear that there was the pawrade liaison and the travel arranger, but many times I received emails from other representatives and it became confusing and gave the impression that pawrade does not provide customized support and service with a dedicated contact. Several times, the information from the breeder or communication portal was inaccurate. Somehow the system had the puppy's birthdate wrong which triggered an incorrect travel date that was later delayed. In the vaccination records provided by the breeder, only the batch sticker for the first round of vaccinations was provided. The actual date (which the new owner needs to communicate with the vet) was not provided.

I was a bit apprehensive about he process originally. However, everything quickly changed from the moment I spoke to the first representative. I can not stop raving at how helpfully everyone at Pawrade were. They answered every concern I had and they eased my nerves. I received email and text notifications when a new message was sent regarding my pup. My puppy is at home and I couldn't be more gratefully for everything. Thank you once again.
