Our experience was overall pretty smooth.. I think the anxiety comes with having to wait to get the puppy after all the paperwork and payment is taken care of.......... We did change his name to Yoda Sims-Thomas....lol

Pawrade has been simple, convenient and amazing! I'm so in love with my new puppy. Pawrade made it easy to find the one that caught my eye (difficult choice because they have such great options!), speaking with a representative was breezy and everyone was extremely friendly. Very happy and very lucky to have found my furever baby!!

Excellent staff and process. Very friendly and communicating staff. Always answered all my questions and concerns even had a zoom meeting. My puppy was everything as in the pictures. I strongly recommend Pawrade if you want a safe and secured transaction.

At first I was a bit skeptical to go through the website as I had never gotten a pup this way before. The team at Pawrade was very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns extremely fast. My only 2 things I will say is, If you are the kind of person that would rather have direct access to the Breeder who has your puppy, this may not be for you. All communication is done through the website and no direct contact is ever made with Breeder. All questions go through a rep, they will ask the breeder and get back to you. Second thing, I personally recommend you do the pick up OR In-flight nanny service for delivery. Husband and I chose the "cheaper" travel route and the flights ended up getting extremely delayed. We didn't have communication with anyone while this was happening so it was very stressful not to know if the puppy was being cared for. She arrived perfect and very happy to see her new fam. Poppy is very playful and spunky. We are very Happy!

I have waited 22 years for another pug. Leia aka frizzle price was very responsible. I will purchase another pug or animal from you. I even recommend you to someone. Everything was easy to shipping to communication. Yes we were afraid of scams. Because we were being scammed before. Again I am happy and I will purchase from Pawrade again. Thank you and I and so in love with her.

Overall my experience with Pawrade was excellent. From the initial phone call discussing my many puppies with Pete, who was so patient with my many questions, to Lois who was extremely helpful with providing information to my beautiful puppy Layla (now Sasha) arriving healthy and perfect! My only complaint was with the scheduling of her flight to us. I received very little information (much only provided after many messages) on her flight which made scheduling her post arrival vet visit very difficult and the information I did receive was from a stressed-out coordinator which lacked the same friendliness that I had experienced when purchasing my puppy. I would look at improving this side of the service by providing more information even if it is only a message that they are waiting for the breeder to get back to them on the flight time. I am only taking one star off for this and would recommend Pawrade to others as long as they go in knowing this one frustration going in.

When we received our little Sasha she was ready for her new home. We have had nothing but great people help us out from the beginning. They made the process effortlessly from start to finish. Working with Paredes exceeded all our expectations. We have never used a pet broker service prior to this. We will definitely use Powerade in the future basically to add another furry friend to our family mix. We also so great with the results at the transportation service for a little puppy. Are Nico puppy arrived healthy and loving in with a great disposition. Do you know for sure the breeder take great care of this puppy

Milo (AKA Piper) has warmed up and is having a blast with his new family. He had a rough delivery to us and was full of poop. I was slightly disappointed that his tail was docked without notice. Videos I received of him showed his cute tail with a white dot at the end. I was overall very pleased with the communication and service provided before the delivery.

This was our second experience with Pawrade both were absolutely amazing!
Puppy Krissy, exceeded our expectations. Everyone with Pawgrade were very attentive with helping me. Phone calls answered ior returned promptly. Breeders were the best ever ❤️ the flight nanny was so kind to the pup and very informative. I cant say enough about how happy I am. Would highly recommend.
I can't say enough good things. My girl Ruby is absolutely perfect. Everything I could dream of and more. I was scammed online prior to this and it broke my heart. This process was so smooth and everyone was so helpful and understanding. Thank you so much for giving me my dream puppy. Ruby is perfect!!!!!!

You could tell that the puppy was well cared for. She was happy and energetic. She immediately fit in with her siblings.

I would like to take this time to give a Fantastic High Five ***** to these outstanding people from Pawrade. I can't say enough good things about these people. I've waited over 20 years to purchase the perfect puppy. With the help of the Pawrade's staff that has happened!!!They are very safe and very informative on the info about the pet you are searching for. The travel agent staff was outstanding on the puppy delivery also. All of their staff ,take time to help you in everyway. Again PAWRADE IS THE WAY TO GO !!!!!

jerome is a little doll ! so far he has fit in with my other dogs like he has lived here forever and they seem to like him and the way they all lick each other like they have known each other forever ! and is he smart!, he without coaching learned himself to climb the puppy stairs , simply by watching my other dogs!
