What a wonderful service/experience. The breeder went above and beyond and delivered our new puppy on Christmas Eve. Our vet said the puppy is fine and complimented the quality of the paperwork and your reputation. We're a happy customer

Best experience ever! Excellent service, they will email and call you and explain every single detail of process will keep you informed and updated . As a first time puppy buyer i was very nervous and anxious about whole process, delivery , feeding! Staff is simply amazing! Extremely helpful. This was the best thing I could have ever done. I bought my dad Mia and I live in California but my parents live in Va. and she was delivered right to the front door . Such a great process & such a beautiful puppy. Beth & Sandra both were so helpful throughout this transition. I definitely would suggest anyone wanting a puppy to go through this site. I'm grateful & thankful.

Our experience was fantastic! Everyone was very helpful and responded to questions quickly. Alaska arrived via puppy transport with her brother in the timeframe provided and they are exactly as advertised. We are very happy with our furr babies.

Selecting and paying for our new puppy was so easy. The pampered transport wasn't very pampered for the puppy. He arrived very dehydrated, covered in urine, and traumatized from being kept in his transport cage for 40+ hours. Would choose a different delivery system next time.

Our puppy arrived with parvo virus after not being vaccinated for it prior to travel, and had to be admitted to intensive care less than 24 hours after he arrived. Today marks day 5 of treatment and it's not guaranteed he'll pull through. We've received minimal response from Pawrade and it's shocking they would email for a review during such an emotionally stressful time. I'm hoping they'll reach out to help as we continue to do everything we can financially to try and save this puppies life
This process was incredibly easy from start to finish, with a small glitch with the paperwork at the end, but not worth losing a star over. Everyone I talked to was helpful and informative, and OUR PUPPY IS PERFECT. Thank you.

Our puppy is amazing! The breeder did a wonderful job socializing her. Any questions we had they answered and she was hand delivered to us. We couldn't imagine things without her now!
I was skeptical of adopting a puppy online as there are so many scammers out there. The local shelters didn't have the kind of dog we hoped for, there were no legitimate seeming breeders in the area, and I would never do Craigslist. I am so happy to have found Pawrade. It was a legitimate company I could verify. The staff answered questions directly and did not push or rush any decision. I could pay with my credit card, and the contract was comprehensive. We got a lot of advice on how to best care for our new puppy, and it is clear that the health of the animals is the number one priority, not transactions. The delivery service was great also, with regular updates and real time GPS tracking. There was not a single surprise or added charge after the fact. Pawrade is the safest and best option if you are in the same situation as we were. We just took our new family member to the vet and they said he was in excellent health. Thank you!

The entire process was very smooth and communication was quick and easy. The thoroughness of the website docs and app made me confident that it was legit and I was going to get my cute puppy. ( beware lots of scam puppy sites out there). Our corgi puppy is healthy, happy and amazing! Would definitely recommend if you can't find the dog you are looking for locally
We had such an amazing experience with Pawrade, it was an extremly smooth process. Sent in the adoption paperwork and our new puppy Hunter was here with us exactly one week later. Pawrade has great customer service, always lightning fast responces! Thank you so much, we love our new puppy 🐶 ❤

Pawrade did a great job with the whole process. They handled all the paperwork and other things and made it easy for us to get our pup home. They also work with other agencies to provide the best care and smoothest transition. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a furry companion for their family.
