Stella (who we now call River) has been a complete angel!! The ground transportation was wonderful and efficient! The entire process from beginning to end was well communicated and we were assisted in completing everything timely enough to have our new fur baby within 2 weeks. We cannot say thank you enough for our best new member of the family!

Service was good . Issues with breeder not doing their diligence in a timely manor and not a lot of information concerning resolution . May want to improve vetting . Transportation was wonderful. Pricing was very reasonable for pet and services . Overall would recommend to anyone.

Everyone at Pawrade was fantastic in their service. They gave detailed information, sought and received answers to my questions from the breeder. Travel nanny, and explained the terms and ways to navigate the process. We are delighted with our puppy, now with us for 1 week. He is adjusting well. Happy Thanksgiving!

Everything went super smooth! No complaints at all except for the obligation to get puppy seen in 72 hours.. virtually impossible to get him seen anywhere around me for 3 weeks. Plan in advance! Other than that travel was great and the communication was too. Our golden doodle is so happy, healthy, and fits right in with my family!
We had a great experience! We love our puppy and cannot wait to see him grow!

So happy with my Alfi. I was given the wrong delivery schedule so I cancelled a Dr. Visit and Thanksgiving Dinner with my 100 yr old Mom in the Nursing Home. Then found out about the schedule error. I think it would be nice if there was more status reports given during transporting that I didn't have to beg for. However, after all is said and done, Alfi is precious and I am happy at this point. Nanny was generous with information and instruction and cordial even after that exhausting trip with all it's problems. Happy Thanksgiving to all!

The dog is wonderful. The service might be fine for you, but it was very problematic for me. Basically, they will deliver the dog whenever they feel like, with little or no warning. Think appliance repair, except they won't let you pick a day and they miss their deliverly window by 30 hours, and never call to say they are missing the window, and think it is very rude of you to want to be updated. Plus, they have a ruthless "must be seen by a vet in 3 calendar days" requirement, despite refusing to predict delivery, and making no allowance for weekends. I would not use them again.

We love our bich poo, Daisy (Ashley). She's full of energy and brings us so much joy! Working with Pawrade was very helpful. They kept us updated on her progress. The couple who transported her to us were so friendly and we could tell that they loved and cared for the puppies they transported. A couple of negatives would be that duplicate information was often emailed. It got confusing. The second would be getting the puppy to a vet for a wellness check within 72 hours of delivery. It is difficult to get an appointment when one doesn't have a confirmed date of delivery. Also, our puppy was delivered to us late on Friday night. It was very stressful trying to find a vet who could fit our puppy in.

Pawrade was amazing through the process of selecting our new fur-baby. Extremely patient, polite and kind with the many questions that we had! I did a ton of on-line research to insure we went through a legitimate company as there are so many fraudulent sites out on the Web, through Facebook and Instagram. But not Pawrade, they are definitely a legitimate professional company that has everything in order to insure you safely get the puppy you choose! I would definitely refer them and will be where I go in the future for our next pup ;-)

Dan was so helpful in helping us find our perfect puppy.
It took two weeks for brutas, now max, to be delivered. Thin and thinks a crate is his private restroom.
We are in love with our Shih Tzu Rudy! Overall it was a great experience. Our only complaint would be the lack of communication during her transport. What we were originally told was different than what actually happened. The folks who we worked with were very kind and the ease of information regarding the process with Pet Pay and what was needed throughout was very helpful. I would recommend Pawrade.

Bitsy (formerly Betty) is a joy. She and Motley get along really well. They wrestle and chase each other from the living room through the kitchen into the dining room and back again. She came pee pad trained, almost. She also came with yeast ear infections, which we treated, and Giardia (which we are treating her for). She also has a slight problem with her right hind elbow, which might have a tendency to slip out of the socket, and might cause her to have arthritis in later life. I would like to make a note that the breeder deliberately photographed her so that the white blaze on her chest did not show. She was listed as black & tan, and I would consider that as deceptive advertising. I never planned on breeding her, but the white blaze would have given me pause for thought. It doesn't affect her in any way, but it would have been nice to know beforehand, I love her to pieces with or without the blaze anyway.

Everything was easy, good communication, good response time, I asked for pictures and I got them fairly quickly.
I was incredibly nervous to buy a puppy online! Immediately when I saw our new puppy's picture I just knew I had to give it a shot and I filled out an application. Within minutes a really nice lady called in assured of everything and how reliable Pawrade was. How it started and what they do. With this reassurance we moved forward and bought our puppy. We received in just under a week and we have been in love ever since. All the people at Pawrade have been amazing at answering questions, communication and checking in on us. Our puppy is just perfect! She has filled our lives with so much joy! I would definitely recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a new puppy!
