It was easy to find our perfect puppy, the information was available almost immediately. And Sara and Shannon responded to all of my questions quickly and were very helpful. The customer service was very professional and made getting my beautiful Corgi easy!! I will highly recommend Pawrade!! Also the Corgi was the exact one I paid for and she is so sweet and beautiful. Alittle hiccup with the first delivery flight however the breeder assured me I would still get my puppy and rescheduled the flight 2 days later. He is beautiful and healthy! Thank you Pawrade

This process was more than I expected...in a good way. I loved the Message Center supported by email and text notifications to overcommunicate, which is important in this situation. The team members were all great to work with. The information provided on how to keep our puppy safe after we picked him up was easy to understand. We were weary about online options becuase we were almost victims of a "scam website", but I couldn't have felt more comfortable once I found Pawrade. Our puppy is the best!

I was supposed to receive the puppy on Wednesday, then received a text saying that he would arrive Tuesday night between 9pm and 11pm. After paying almost $1,000 for the service I expected the service to be more accurate in estimating the date, and time of the puppies arrival. If it was possible he would arrive that late a day earlier, that late at night the service should have made me aware. There are other services that transport puppies. I would never use this service again. The puppy I received is wonderful, not being fully ready for his arrival was terrible!

Debbie - we are sorry you are not happy with the delivery timeframe. It's best to try to keep the delivery as quick as possible, so instead of keeping your puppy overnight we delivered your puppy at night. We are sorry you felt this was worthy of a 1-star review as we did what was best for your puppy.
