Pawrade was great to work with. Lots of communication on how to care for and help our puppy adapt to his new family. The transport driver, Mark, was professional and caring. Dallas seems to have settled in quickly. He is very active, loves playing with his new toys = especially his mini tennis ball - but is most excited about being outside exploring the snowy back yard!

We were really excited based on Pawrade's reviews, and hopeful that it wouldn't take long to receive our puppy. The travel turned out to be a nightmare though, and we ended up having to make a road trip to go get our baby ourselves. We absolutely adore her, which made the headache of it all a little more bearable.

Toni, unfortunately the travel delays you experienced were outside of our control. You live in Colorado and because of ice/snow storms the airlines cancelled 2 separate flights we had booked for Grace. We wish we could have better control of that situation, but given the time of year and your location we hoped you would have been a little more understanding to the travel complexities. We are happy to know Grace is happy & healthy in your arms!

I was not sure about purchasing a puppy online. I called another service first and did not feel comfortable. When I called Pawrade, Sara answered my call. Sara was so friendly & helpful she made me feel comfortable from the beginning and did not mind my daughter or myself calling her with questions about Destiny an adorable minature schnauzer. From the beginning of the process to the end, everyone we spoke with was friendly, helpful and kept us informed of the process. We opted for a travel nanny to fly with Destiny. Bill was awesome, he kept us updated throughout the journey and sent us pictures of Destiny between flights. The breeder sent food, medical documents and a hand written Thank You card. Destiny was well socialize, healthy, playful and loves to cuddle. Destiny's name is now Lily and she has been loved from the moment we met her. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone looking to adopt a puppy.

From the beginning of our Journey to find our two fur babies to the delivery date at our front door, we could not be happier with the service, staff and easy process Pawrade provided us! We loved having ALL our questions answered and the response time the Staff offered was amazing. We absolutely love the transport team that drove our babies over 2500 miles safely, securely and most important comfortably. The spoiled these two sweet girls the entire journey to get to their forever family and home. We also have High respect for the knowledge the breeder had about the best method of transport to SAFELY get them home. Our Breeder accommodated us with every ask! AMAZING!!! These two sweet babies have adjusted since day one in their new forever home. No travel distress or anxiety at all. I wish communication had been more consistent. And I wish I was better informed belle was just having her crate dropped off. And at the time of her arrival, I was frustrated I wasn't able to get a hold of my concierge. Otherwise they were good at getting back to me with my questions and we were able to at least coordinate a phone call. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to and belle (now Maxy) is like a dream come true. Thank you :)
