We absolutely love Archie (Clint Eastwood). We picked him up from SLC Airport about a month ago. We have no problem with Pawrade but the breeder sent him disgustingly dirty and after bathing him, we discover he had a bad case of fleas. The people at Pawrade was very professional and helpful in helping with paperwork but not one person, including the breeder offered any monetary amount to help cover the cost of the fleas. It's just a small thing but it would have been a nice jester. Thank you to Sandy for all her help. Michael and Patricia

The whole process was fast and easy, paid for him on the 6th and just picked him up today (16th) and he's precious
I am thrilled with our new ShihPoo puppy. She is adorable and so sweet. From the first minute I saw her on my computer screen to the knock on our front door, the process was so easy and very articulated in each step. Highly recommend Pawrade!!

Everything was going great , until delivery . Transit picked up puppy a day early on Friday, they never contacted me. I had to contact them after getting the number from the breeder. They said they tried to contact me but hadn't. I texted them several times with I'll get back to you. I finally got a clear response on Monday. She arrived this morning . If you are going to put writing that delivery is 2-3 days then that's what it should be not 4 days. Which is a long time for a puppy to be traveling. She's a great pup and the breeder is great. Work on your delivery or let the buyer know if the breeder is willing to meet somewhere in between for pickup .
I was nervous when I started this journey and I am extremely impressed with the support and care given by Pawrade. It was awesome. Pawrade sent me a ton of emails that helped me to prepare and what to expect for my new puppy. Highly recommend this service...it was great.
The puppy and breeder get 5 stars. But not happy with the conditions of the health guarantee. Read them carefully. Our pup was dewormed but had not received 8w vaccinations. We moved forward at the 72 hour check up to proceed with vaccinations recommended by our vet. He was one day shy of 9 weeks. The other issue is the push for one per insurance company. I submitted to MetLife but I don't like them. Not for this breed. I will move our pup to our primary and better policy as soon as the year is up. Wise exceptions should be made given the contract is so binding.
Except for her biting ( she is teething) and lots of peeing and pooping, she is a joy - so funny and sweet! She hops like a kangaroo! We love her!
I would highly recommend. Puppy looks even better than the picture. She is beautiful.

On a scale of 1 to 10 10 being the best...i give you all a ten. The only thing I'am a little frustrated with is i reached out with a voice mail to kayce as well as a e mail with respect to sammy shots what he has had and what is needed. i took him to the vet today for his wellness apt and i did not have a answer to his shots and vaccines..other than that I am extremely happy with all of you as well as my puppy...he should have been named RASCAL(:

Beth and Mary were great to work with. They answered all my questions, very helpful. The travel person I did not talk to as my daughter in law had paid for the travel arrangements since the puppy would be my sons early Christmas present and it would have been delivered to their home in Shalimar Fl.

We had a wonderful experience working with the staff at Pawrade. From the beginning working with Paul, then Kayce, and Joselyn. I had a number of questions and concerns about the whole process. They helped me through it all. We have the most adorable little fluff ball Rocky, now known as Brody. If anyone has any doubts don't. It was a wonderful experience and I recommend it to everyone.

What an amazing experience!! We have our Labradoodle Luke and he couldn't be better. The entire process was a breeze and he was delivered to our front door from Colorado. A delivery service drove him across the country which is better than flying him in a plane. He's been here less than a week and we are so in love with him and his great personality. He had his first vet visit and he is in perfect health!!

While I felt better purchasing a dog with a service like Pawrade (avoiding scammers and puppy mills!) I did have a mediocre experience regarding the health of the dog. For the high price point of adopting a mixed breed dog, I would have expected him to arrive up to date on shots like Bordetella and to not be struggling with parasites. But I had to put him on medicine as soon as he got here after my vet appointment, and take care of numerous other shots that they gave him too early to be effective. I'm concerned that the breeders here are getting away with less than ideal practices and not checking their dogs thoroughly before leaving, even though they may not be puppy mills. Im disappointed at the lack of empathy from the breeder when made aware that their dog had to go on medicine when he clearly got it from their breeding farm. I think the breeders should have more repercussions or accountability when it comes to not keeping their dogs in good health.

They were late on delivery 1 week, dependable though. Love my new pup, I would recommend if it weren't to pricey but it's a satisfaction for sure. Also wish I could at least purchase a pup at 6 weeks, got mine at 9 weeks, purchased at 8 weeks.

First and far-most let me say that this experience was the best. I had multiple sources from which I could ask for help and i would receive it. I know that it feels like a huge risk due to the way things are processed but trust me its LEGIT! I have my baby shibba and she is amazing and well taken care of. I am 100% satisfied and i would totally recommend anyone that is interested in adding a new member to the family to purchase your new love here!
Communication with the breeder and Pawrade ** needs to be clearer from a buyers pov. I was told on several occasions by Pawrade staff** that my puppy was located in Springfield but rather on a completely opposite side of the state and way south. No Communication about breeder was given until the day before I left to pick him up.
Was a very easy and straight forward process. Everyone was extremely friendly and I love the fact that the puppies health and care come first in every step of the way.
Everyone was very nice to work with getting our new puppy to us! The transportation Ozark Mountain Transportation was awesome. Thank you all Happy Holidays!!
