This is the second puppy I've gotten from you and I couldn't be any happier with him. The whole transaction was very smooth, I was very happy he came into an airport closer to me it made the final stage a lot easier, I live on Martha's vineyard Mass, it's an island off Cape cod, it's expensive to come and go off it, so having an airport closer helped a lot. I will definitely be using them again.

Terrible experience!!! Ricky bought ( Pepper) a golden retriever for me for our anniversary. She was to be a surprise. But you people completely ruined everything. She was 2 weeks late, supposedly due to bad weather. I was balled faced lied to when she was supposed to be here on January 11. Morgan said, and I quote " I got word from the flight booking company that NO flights will depart STL tomorrow due to low temps." well I called the American Airlines flight she was booked on and it and 2 other flights headed to Arizona departed that day. Why lie about it. When we finally got her she was absolutely disgusting. She was far dirtier and stinky than just from the flight. And yes, I know they sometimes pee and poop in their kennels, but she smelled like more than a weeks worth dirty. She had giardia and a UTI And I know your pat answer to giardia is she got it while traveling, bull s*•t. And most certainly had the UTI beforehand. We love her dearly and glad we rescued her.

I was able to adopt the puppy of my dreams through your site. Support help was great but a few things didn't track right. We we not notified of time puppy would arrive at airport and had to race to get there once airport staff called. Pup was just fine but it was very stressful for us. A couple of days after we got her I got an email from ground transport folks. So maybe communication between travel folks could be improved. I would use your site again though as I got a very quality and healthy puppy. Thanks!

I would have appreciated speaking with the breeder for information instead of going through concierge. They did fine, just once I got my pup I had a lot of questions, that I should have had answered before.

Pawrade did a wonderful job in getting our new puppy to us and handling all the details. It didn't go perfect. There were weather delays and flight cancellations but what was really important is how they handled it and me when those things happened. I don't usually name drop. But Renee was amazing in her care, concern, attention to detail, tracking and Coordinating the travel air, travel land, buyer and seller. She made it all work and it truly is because of her that every time someone sees my cutie. I tell them about the site and the lady that made sure I got my baby quickly and safely. A+ for initial sales team. A+ for breeder. Double F- for follow through and transport team. The initial purchase was a breeze, incredibly professional and informative. However, the minute I purchased my puppy it was downhill from there. Worst part was I was lied to about the logistics of transportation. It took almost 3 full days to get him for a 9.5 hour trip. No one would give me a straight answer and the response to my inquiries was delayed, rude and/or full on ignored. There are too many hands/departments to deal with. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because I did actually receive my puppy. He is healthy and happy so far. But does have an abnormally heightened aversion to crates. I worry he was a bit traumatized from the extensive travel that should've never taken so long and I would have never allowed had I've been fully informed. Do better Pawrade Transport team.
