Outstanding customer service, with a great piece of mind knowing, at all times what was going on with my puppy. The people that I worked with were very knowledgeable, and understanding, during the entire process. My puppy was delivered to my front door. I could not have been happier, especially after being scammed, a couple of months ago. I will only use Pawrade, from this point on & Highly recommend this company!!!

From the moment I saw a clip on their website of Sugar (now Arya) playing outside, I knew that I needed to add her to my household. Admittedly I was very skeptical about purchasing a puppy online, a sentiment I am sure most first time customers would share, but the transparent process, helpful Pawrade employees and excellent couriers from Puzzle Piece Carriers, ensured that I was involved and informed every step of the way. Arya made it safely from Missouri to New Jersey in two days and it's been a fun adventure ever since! I would definitely reuse Pawrade!

Dog was malnourished and had hookworms upon arrival underweight the delivery was delayed multiple times and when he finally did come it was supposed to be at 9 PM and ended up being 3 AM very disappointing the whole process will not do it again

Josh, we are sorry you were not happy with your puppy and Pawrade experience. Brock was diagnosed with hookworm during his final vet exam. His travel was rescheduled so his breeder could administer the prescribed medication, this was done to ensure you received a healthy puppy. We apologize the delivery driver was late, they do their best to maintain a schedule but that is often times difficult when traveling across the country. As always, we are here for you should you need anything.

Everything went so smoothly. The people at Pawrade were so helpful getting answers to my questions. They were very patient and kind guiding me through each step. My travel Nanny even delivered my new puppy to my door. I can not thank her enough. Ginger ( formerly Tracy) and I are bonding wonderfully. Thank you so much.

I would not suggest using Sara as your salesman. After she collected my money she was done answering her phone or helping me further. I absolutely love my puppy but getting her here was an absolute nightmare. After speaking to the breeder I literally paid twice the price to Pawrade than the actual breeder received. When something goes wrong (which it did) the only person that called me back was the breeder. I would suggest going through breeders directly than using Pawrade.

Amy - we record all communication and found 27 email/text messages plus 25 recorded phone calls between Nov 1st, your purchase date, and Nov 9th, the day your pup departed for travel. We specialize in customer service and apologize if we didn't meet your standards. In reviewing all of our documentation we can see there were travel conflicts in availability between you and the breeder. We do our best to coordinate and find common ground but can't alter other obligations from either side. Once a sale has been finalized it is moved to our customer service and travel concierges. This is why you may not have heard back from your salesperson as much as you may have liked. Your breeder, while exceptional, was recently accepted into our program. Therefore, her account was elevated for appropriate risk measures as we deal with very high dollar transactions. Your breeder's pricing would have gone down substantially as we build a relationship. We do an amazing job and sorry you feel our services were worth a one star review, especially since we delivered a happy & healthy puppy as promised!

This process was so smooth and worth it! Pawrade was quick to respond to any questions I had from beginning to end. The transport was effortless. Pawrade and Williams Transport was very thorough in every part of the process. I would absolutely do this again. Thank you!

Staff members are outstanding. What spoiled it was the routing of the carrier. Instead of sending her from Missouri to Florida they sent her from Missouri to Buffalo New York then to Arcadia. That is far too long

Sugar is just precious! more than happy with her! One thing though, annoyed me was, the breeder or my person of contact did not provide me more pictures or videos, they sent me same photos as the profile pics which was really annoying, buying a live animal, it's a pretty big deal for anyone to buy a puppy, took them 3,4 days to send me one 30 sec vid. that was just the day before her flight departure. felt like i was just hoping for the best. so yeh, at least i got lucky with the puppy. that's the most important thing! and yes she is just perfect and adorable.

I was really nervous about buying a puppy online. I attempt twice but both times they were scams. I would research where I was suppose to meet the seller and either the address did not exist or the home belonged to someone else who had no idea what I was talking about. By the time I got to Pawrade I was even more careful. But from the first contact until the Last. They have all been honest and answered every question! Using Petpay was also the way to go. Thank you to Paul, Lindsey and Ashlee!

We were absolutely pleased with all our dealings with Pawrade. However, we were disappointed with the delivery nanny and delivery of the puppies. I would NOT use a flight nanny again.

I liked the service but I am very disappointed that Pansy has not been vaccinated prior to delivery. Before purchasing I was told that the owner will take Pansy to the vet for all the shots, before releasing her for her trip. I received 2 month old Pansy on November 9, 2021. Paying over $2000.00 for the pet purchase, plus $699.00 for delivery from Missouri to Houston, TX that is alot of money. Now I have to pay several $100.00 for her shots is not agreeable. You should keep puppies until they are 16 weeks old and provide a certificate that the pet has been vaccinated.

Irene - we are sorry for the misunderstanding. Your puppy was up-to-date on all vaccinations before leaving the breeder, however there are still vaccinations a puppy will need as they get older. Your puppy was close to 9 weeks old when you received her, this means she still needed additional vaccinations from your vet in order to be fully vaccinated. This simply comes with time as the puppy ages. Keeping all puppies until they are 16 weeks of age just to administer the last series of vaccinations is not an ideal situation for most families as they prefer to receive the puppy a little younger so they can begin bonding and training. Once again, we apologize for the misunderstanding.

We attribute this to the village of people who made it possible for us to welcome her into our home including the breeder; Kaycee who helped to educate me on the transition and the needs of the pup; and our flight nanny. Pleased to have puppy, all went well up until flight time. If you have to fly puppy be sure to use a nanny and have them in a reserved seat. Puppy has a clean bill of health. Just what I wanted and waited for after 6 years convencieng my husband to let me get one. He loves her as much as i do. She is awesome 10 weeks and sleeps through the night quietly.

Judy's name was really Josie-so who knows what puppy we got. She came to me FILTHY, the excuse was that it too cold outside. We'll, they knew when I was picking her up so a bath the night before isn't out of the question. She came undervaccinated by 4 months!! AND has an ear infection. Her health exam is undated to who knows when she was examined! Not a puppy mill dog?? I call BS. She wasn't cared for at all. No reputable breeder hands over a puppy in this condition and no middle man company should ever allow it. Do more research on your breeders.

Deirdre - we occasionally change a puppy's name on Pawrade just for advertising purposes. The breeder does not change the name, however we may change the name if we have multiple breeders list puppies with similar names. We apologize your puppy had an ear infection, please submit a health claim so wee can ensure you are covered under our health guarantee. I have reviewed the health certificate for your puppy and she was indeed up-to-date on all vaccinations and the certificate was in fact dated. In the upper left hand corner of your health certificate, it states "Inpection Date: 10/29/2021" and also dated next to the verterinarian's signature. We look forward to reviewing your health claim so we can ensure you have a happy & healthy puppy!
