Hi, The dog is wonderful and my lack of stars has nothing to do with your service to date. My only issue is that he arrived with both an eye and ear infection. The vet had to put him on a 10 day antibiotic course. There is no way those infections could have progressed to such a bad level in the 24 hours we were together before the vet visit. All over the site are mentions of your health guarantee so that was very disappointing. Thank you, Bernadette

I had a pretty good experience on here overall, but am giving it a four out of five stars because the follow up after the adoption was lacking. I felt like I was simultaneously being spammed (like how this is the 6th request for feedback in 10 days since we got him) but didn't have valid questions answered that were time sensitive...like why they would only send 2 days of food with the pup and what we were supposed to do about weaning him off Costco brand, when we're not Costco members. It got a little frustrating. Turns out the puppy had a month's worth of food with him. Also, the delivery drivers were the nicest guys and you could tell he'd been treated really well driving across the country. Thankful for them and for this being a relatively smooth process. Worth noting: we received him within a week and a half of purchase, just before Xmas, and all the way in Seattle!

Everything went smoothly step by step and I have the most beautiful, sweet smart baby EVER. We love her so much already, and her big sissy ( a 2 year old dachshund) loves her too, they have played a lot tonight, the first night home. I love both of them and happy the oldest is not jealous!

I had THE best experience finding my furbaby through Pawrade! All the liaisons involved from the time I picked out my perfect pup, to flight arrangements and any questions I had, they were able to help in every way. They explained my financial options and spoke w/ the breeder about questions I had specifically to Ace (now "Roman"), and felt confident through the whole process. I would highly recommend Pawrade to my friends, family….ANYONE! I researched them as I know there are a lot of online puppy scams out there. With that said, always do your research first! A special thank you to Jenn and Mary for making things go smoothly and for being able to provide me w/ my cuddlebug!

Delivery was great. The communication while traveling was excellent. My dog is so timid and doesn't want to be near anyone. I'm hoping it's just travel blues and nothing else! I feel so bad for him because we cannot pet him or get him out of the corner. If there's anything I should know about his condition please tell me so I can help him.

Having never dealt with Pawrade before we were a little nervous at first. But the process was easy and straightforward with no surprises. Our Customer Service Liaison Renee S. was great, she was very helpful providing info and answered all of our questions, contacting us many times (messages and calls) during the adoption. Our Sheepadoodle puppy Jack (now Finn) was delivered within the promised time period. We now fully understand that Pawrade as well as the breeder of our pup care very much about the welfare of the puppies. We love our new boy!

It was a great experience working with Pawrade. I picked out the puppy I wanted everything went smoothly with making arrangements for Jade to get here. Between the staff at Pawrade and the drivers to deliver Jade they were all in constant communication with me answering every question I had throughout the whole experience. I would highly recommend using Pawrade & their concierge transport to get your new puppy.

Ease of purchase was great, pup selection is very large! Pup is healthy and a wonderful addition to our family. Only downside is the 72hr required vet check. Most vet clinics are booked pretty far out and do not accept walk-ins due to COVID. I had an appointment booked ahead of time but out pup's flight changed suddenly due to failing her health check, I had to cancel the appointment. Once she actually flew in the vet was booked through 2 weeks due to Christmas, this causing the 30 day insurance to be void.

Aaron and his partner who did the delivery were also amazing .Honey was delivered to us as though she just came out of a spa . I am so, so thankful ! My family and I will be forever grateful 💕

I was impressed with all the contacts, helpful advice, and follow up. I did have a lot of different interaction with more than one contact which slowed the process down because of my firewall (not their fault but it did cause a few issues). All in all, well done and I love my puppy! Thanks so much.
