Great communication up front! Gets a little quiet if your waiting on dog to get old enough to pick up but when all is ready, Pawrade has all information ready to go and super easy transaction. We love love love our new addition!

Except for some issues with the payment and some minor communication problem with the driver it was a very nice transaction.
To all the folks that have helped along the way, Thank you so much for allowing us to adopt our little puppy, Monty, who we call, Teddy. Everyone was very helpful answering any questions we had and keeping us informed all the way from the breeder to the airport on delivery day. The air nanny was exceptional! If we ever decide to get another puppy, we will definitely look to Pawrade first. Our little guy is absolutely perfect in every way! Thank you

Excellent site. We'll organized. Keeps you informed every step of the way. Most importantly, it's legitimate. I almost got scammed by another site prior to finding pawrade. Do NOT buy from a site that only accepts Zelle or PayPal, you could be scammed.

So glad we chose Pawrade for our new puppy. We were skeptical about an online purchase but so glad we did. Our puppy came on time as promised and she is an absolute dream come true. From Jen to Mary made this experience enjoyable. My only complaint is that I would have been able to talk to the breeder to find out our new furbabys like and dislikes, her potty routine, etc. But overall Pawradeis great.
Tootsie Roll
I was rather scared about this whole thing because we had almost been scammed on a Frenchie before. Plus a dog going from Akron Ohio to Carlsbad NM? I was scared about the whole deal. I shouldn't have been. It seems like a lot of paperwork but when you get done you realize why you did it. Clean as a whistle. Little Tootsie was delivered straight to our driveway. I highly recommend. Dan and Mary were terrific to work with. Everyone on the Tootsie Roll team was great.

Great service from top to bottom, very informative and knowledgeable. This was my first time using the service and they were very patient and quick.
There are a lot of puppy scams out there but this isn't one of them. Was nervous about paying online and without seeing puppy in person. Pawrade made it very easy and secure and they really do care about the animals they sell. I was well informed throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Pawrade.
Everything was very easy with pawrade, I was skeptical thinking that maybe it was a scam but they made feel secure in every step. I received my puppy in about a week ago, she's healthy and getting use to our family, I'm very thankful to breeder for everything she send me for my Luna aka (muffin) it made her first night very easy to handle. Thank you pawrade!!
They made the process so easy. My pup was happy, healthy, and definitely came from a great home. He will now continue in a great forever home with is thanks to pawrade. I definitely suggest pawrade if your looking for a new family member.

The individuals that helped me throughout the whole process (Janell, Kayce, Shannon and Morgan) have been very helpful and have responded to any questions or concerns I had. They made the process rather easy and they put me at ease. I have had some minor issues but they are being resolved through other avenues.

I am always a little iffy ordering online anything. We lost our two German Shepherds over the last year. After the sadness left of losing two of my best friends in the whole world. I want to take a break due to the hurt from the loss. However, everytime I came home or my wife came home the house was so quiet and our boys were not around. We decided to get a puppy and for sure this has been one of the best services i have ever experienced. From the time we pick our puppy and signed the contract. We received emails nearly everyday with updates. When he was in transportation we received pictures and text messages with updates and eta on delivery times. I would highly recommend.

The whole process was very seamless and easy! Everyone was really easy to contact. Received vaccination record once he arrived. Now the baby is just warming up to his new environment.

We looked along time for a puppy we wanted, a small golden doodle. We always had large goldens and loved their friendly, smart personalities. We saw Pawrade online and kept looking until we made a decision to try a puppy. They were easy to get back to us but wouldn't follow up with our questions about the breeder at all. And after we paid for him they would not follow up our questions about how he was being raised and that he was 5lbs and the weight of his parents, so when we finally got him, at 8 PM a week late , he was 20 pounds and very dirty. The very expensive delivery service were tired, without any papers on him only our address and papers for us to sign that he was delivered. We did get his records faxed to us 4 days later. We love our puppy but would encourage other people to get a pet locally. Too much lack of information and very hard on the puppies. And the costs are way too high. 5 stars for our puppy.

You guys were fantastic the transportation service was horrible the puppy wasn't let out of the cage for over 55 hours the van was soiled inside along with puppy. I the food bag was full like he want fed. I also didn't get confirmation the puppy was picked up until 52 hours into the transport… again you guys were great but I hope this guy doesn't transport any more puppies for u he said he drove right through not letting the puppy out to pee..

After checking many sites and reading reviews we discovered Pawrade rated very good. After an easy search we found the puppy of our dreams. We contacted a Pawrade representative. They helped us throughout the process. We elected to have our puppy transported via ground. Pawrade made the arrangements with True Grit puppy transport and their services was top notch. Please remember to be patient with the entire process, you are getting your best friend not a pack of socks.
