Pawrade is a really good place to find your new puppy. All the staff worked very awesome with me until I get my puppy. Usually people has doughts about online purchasing. Same here I had too. But I will recommend Pawrade to anyone . I'm soo happy about my selection.
My husband Dave and I are so impressed with the caring, responsible, knowledgeable and super friendly team at Pawrade. Our new puppy Harry, formerly known as Levi, is everything we had hoped for. I would like to thank Pawrade for finding me and my wife our furry son. We couldn't imagine not having Jaxson in our lives from this moment on. Pawrade was very helpful throughout the process. Our adoption took a little longer than expected due to Jaxsons weight, but they were there for us during the whole process, and answered every question we had. I highly recommend them.

I'm happy with Lincoln. He's a very sweet dog. I love him already. The only thing is, that breeder must not have been attending to his emotional health or his hygiene, he smelled bad when he got here, I tried to get him bathed professionally, and the groomer said he had to trim him down really low because he was matted. At 18 weeks he doesn't know his name or follow any commands. He is very timid and shy. I mean he is healthy, and well fed but I think he may have not been tended to as best as possible. Paw parade was very professional either way. Very communicative and kept me informed. They perhaps just need to choose their breeders better

The customer service at Pawrade is first rate. Let me start with Tony. He actually called me shortly after I registered on the site showing interest in a beagle. It was him calling me and answering my questions that put my mind at ease with ordering a puppy on line. This site is great it has every type of puppy you can think of and they only do business with top quality breeders. I reserved my puppy and I was then contacted by Joselyn who was responsible for securing the transportation of the puppy. She worked expeditiously and got my puppy squared away with a great animal transportation company. Last but not least Kayce. Thank you for being so diligent with the information and even going as far as reaching out to the breeder for me to answer my questions .The team at Pawrade are great. Thank you again for getting me my new puppy. My family and me are very happy.
Overall it was a fine performance. Our pup got here in good shape, but a bit late because of weather and airlines. The staff was very responsive to my questions and demands. This was my first experience with your organization and it was a good experience. The only other thing I would say is that your communication system is cumbersome and to a novice unintelligible.

We were a little skeptical of this working out but cannot say enough about how thrilled we are to have taken a chance on Pawrade! Our puppy is everything we could ever ask for and we are so smitten with him 💙 Everyone was so professional and thorough in explaining the process and helping to make the transition as easy as possible for our little guy. Pretty smooth process. I think the company could do a little better with communicating at times. Otherwise we are very happy with our new puppy!

My experience overall was excellent. I felt each team member was fantastic, prompt, and thorough with their responses. I had some hesitation and insecurities about the process itself just due to the fact that we were bringing home a puppy we have never met and going through a novel process for us - but each interaction I experienced along the way with Pawrade associates helped to ease my concerns and answer all my questions. I cannot thank them enough for a job well done! We are beyond thrilled with our new puppy (who the kids re-named Rosie) and are so in love with her already! She's seriously amazing and the absolute perfect fit for our family! She's so sweet, playful, smart, and gentle. Truly the most perfect pup for us. So thank you for bringing her into our lives!
The overall customer service was good the only issue I had was rescheduling transportation. I wasn't given the location of the breeder so I had to fly our pet home in which I initially thought was local so more money spent. However if I had to do it again I would definitely ask more questions about the location of the dog

Everyone at Pawrade was very professional and highly responsive. They kept me informed of all the next steps. The breeder definitely took great care of my puppy before her arriving to me. My puppy is very well trained (15 weeks on arrival) with the potty. My puppy is healthy and happy! Thank you!
