Our adorable Bernese Mountain Dog puppy, Layla, joined us recently and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the communication and thoughtfulness that Pawrade provided throughout our adoption process. From the time we expressed interest to the morning of Layla’s arrival (and now beyond with their excellent follow-up) Pawrade has been a thoughtful part in Layla’s joining our family.

Amazing service! Great communication! All my questions were answered in a few minutes. I was always in touch with a Pawrade team during the whole process. Everyone was very kind, caring pet lover. I was scared to buy a puppy online but after few communications with a Pawrade team I was very confident that this is very professional service and everyone concerned about puppies health and wellbeing during the delivery process. My puppy arrived very healthy, happy, playful and clean without any signs of anxiety or stress. Thank you for your professionalism. Definitely will plan to buy another pup soon! I wish you sell kittens too!

So we just got our puppy, Bern and he is great and mostly healthy so far, just may have a case of some ring worm but otherwise he’s great! We have zero complaints with the breeder! We actually went to go pick him up, and he came from an Amish farm so the Breeder’s are legit! He has an amazing temperament and not really getting into trouble much just yet… My main complaint is with Paw-Parade themselves. Be aware, there are hidden fees, such as close to $800 for delivery. My other complaint is it took forever to get him. I understand you have to wait until he is 8 weeks and healthy before he leaves. However we ended up getting him at about 10 weeks old, and it would have been later. I wish they shipped them out the day after turning 8 weeks old/being healthy. He did get delayed and we ended up driving 16 hours to get him the first day he was ready, because the company wanted to wait a whole another week! Communication isn’t the best either. You have to harass to get pictures or info!

Pawrade is an amazing company work with - they have lots of knowledge about the breeders and puppies available. The staff communicates often and go above and beyond to make the process of adding a new family member easy and seamless. We’ve had our dog for five days and he is adjusting so well. Their puppies are adorable, and well cared for. You can tell they are bred with love and I cannot recommend them enough.
As a vet tech I was a little leery of getting a puppy this way but have to say I was very impressed by the whole process from initial inquiry to delivery. She is a very sweet dog. Being older it's taking her a little bit longer to settle in but I expected that. I may actually do it again to get her a friend when my elderly dog passes.

I have never bought a puppy before, especially online. I was skeptical but really wanted to surprise my twin teens with a puppy after losing our family pet a couple of months ago. From my first contact with Pawrade, I have been impressed. The communication is amazing and trust me I'm someone with a million questions but always got a response same day. I appreciated that they care enough for the pets and have everything in writing, including what my obligations are to keep the puppy healthy and safe. When it was time for the puppy to be delivered to us, from Indiana to California, the amazing communication remained! I highly recommend Pawrade to folks that don't want to go to a puppy mill.

We received our little Goose (now named Archie) last Wednesday night and have been in love ever since. All of my questions were answered by your team whenever I had them and the transport process from Ohio to Florida was seamless. We took our new pup to the vet yesterday and he was deemed completely healthy and happy which is always a big relief when purchasing a pup sight unseen. He’s settling in very nicely and is so smart and we’re working on crate and potty training. Best money we’ve ever spent with this little guy!
