Everything went very smoothly. Puppy was delivered door to door and we were in steady contact with Pawrade throughout the process. It is clear that they care about their puppies and we love our new Boston Terrier baby girl!

At first we were skeptical of paying up front due to scams but everything went well. We are very happy with the dog we received. We saw photos of the parents and thought they were both great looking dogs. The transition went very . We drove seven hours to get her and she had no problems. The vet check the next day reported she was a very good breed.

Samuel is fantastic and has a new name which is JJ. He even responds to his new name. He did not seem to be stressed over the long trip ,but was a little scared. Overall the whole process was great.

Maggie (Ella) is amazing!! The breeder we got her from was so nice and sent us little videos and pictures while we waited for her to be able to be sent to us. Over all it was a great experience. The only issue was getting her here.

Everything was smooth but the transport company never responded to me the day they should have left, had the wrong address (scary) and left a day late. Dog did end up getting sick 2 days after arrival with Kennal cough.

Our 7 month old, 7 lb. ball of energy arrived on time via "The Puppy Wagon." Owen, a delightful, handsome Boston Terrier, is a delight! The pedigree paperwork does not appear to be connected to him, so we're working with Pawrade to fix that. Other than that, the vaccine records, the vet report, and the communication with the company's representatives all were great! I am very paw-sitively impressed with Pawrade.

Pawrade has been wonderful to work with from start to finish! They were very detailed in keeping track of the whole puppy adoption process and I could tell how much they truly care about these pets. We are so happy with our puppy!! We have renamed him "Oliver". He is such a joy to my granddaughter and I!! He is energetic and we can see that he will be a very well behaved little guy as we are gently training him to use the bathroom on wee wee pads and he goes outside for a lot of walks. I give you guys three stars and Il tell you why. Overall not a bad experience but nerve racking. For the price I payed for the pup I would have liked a little more communication as to exactly when the pup was picked up and day by day updates on the puppy's arrival. I have read some reviews of people getting a life 360 app tracker of the pups location which should be standard for all deliveries when your paying thousands of dollars. I didn't get notified about the puppy being picked up until after the pickup date. When I called to ask about this, the pawrade employees had no visibility as to when or if he was even picked up at all. They were just going off what my pick up date was. This was nerve racking. Also very unprofessional to deliver a dog at 3 am. Other than that my dog was healthy and it was apparent that he was crate trained like the website said and we received all of his paperwork. Overall not bad. Please use this as constructive criticism.

Love the puppy. She is great and very healthy. Travel service was not so great though. Feels like they don't communicate with other departments to make sure everything is ready to go!
