Took him as requeste for his 72 hour basic vet exam. stool results a parasite called guardian. On 3 meds. I was upset to hear that after he was supposed to have come from a prominent breeder. More money I had to spend. Pawrade service was excellent

Almost perfect and seem less experience, only drawback I experienced was in the actual transfer. If we (the breeder and myself) were able to connect earlier in the process the experience may have been flawless.

I had a very good experience with the purchase of my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. The communication was very good during and after the purchase, as well as during the delivery. She is a wonderful dog and I couldn't be more pleased. She is already feeling comfortable here on the first day and is very outgoing and sociable.

Puppy arrived healthy and happy and clean. She is an energetic smart little girl. She seems to be learning to potty outside although accidents do happen. She is very brave, bossing my 2 older dogs around. Perhaps too brave. So far my experience with Parade has been excellent. Responses to queries have been prompt and appropriate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service.

Very easy process, super responsive!
Everything went smooth and complete from the start to the final delivery of our pup. I have previously dealt with other puppy services and it did not go so well. I would recommend Pawrade every time. Thank you for our new addition to our family.
Just got our beautiful puppy today and are so happy with her. She will be loved and well taken care of. Thank you Pawrade and the entire staff for making the adoption so easy.
In general the overall experience was good. Some of the communication was very slow to come or required several attempts.

Our puppy is adorable! He came to us healthy and much more handsome than his pictures. Communication lacked during the travel process. It was disappointing because it's the main reason we used Pawrade. We felt we had to stay on top of things and then got no response (text or phone) from our person. It was only when we requested another travel concierge that we got things moving forward. Overall, it was not a smooth experience.

Totally in love with her. Pawrade is an amazing company.
It seemed to take so long to finally meet Shiloh, but it was so worth it! He’s so cuddly and loving…his name means “peace” and “tranquility “ and it’s a perfect name for him (of course I know he’s going to give a run for a while).
Everything went smoothly from my 1st time contacting Parade. Every question I asked was answered. Payment was easy. Shipping my puppy was kind and well thought out. I'm over the moon for my new, perfect puppy!
