I love the puppy, 5 ⭐️ Delivery was great, Antony so caring 5 ⭐️ Other frustrations - The Transfer of Ownership- Sent three times. Lindsey said she didn’t get it. I was given until 4/14/25. I tried one last time and got an email from her saying she got it on the 13th. On the 14th I got an email saying times up offer expired. I’ve sent emails and have not heard back. I sent a copy of the email I rec’d confirming date, no email from you. 1 ⭐️ Well puppy visit- I was not able to get an appt until 4/14. I wrote to your office and still haven’t heard anything. Salem is big town. I called every vet office until I got to the “V’s” before I found one taking new clients and having an opening. They require 45 min. for a well puppy exam. The first one they had was 4/14/25. 1 ⭐️ Should I still sent this to you? I did let you know before hand and no one answered. I tried to find one within 3 days, I found one within 7 days. He received an excellent report. Sally

All in all a good experience. I was very indecisive with my travel plans and Pawrade accommodated my constant changes. One of the reasons for the multiple changes of delivery/pick-up was because I didn't feel like I was able to get a straight answer with delivery. I know you are dependent on nannies and their schedule as well as flying stand-by and that was frustrating. I really wanted a firm date that he would be delivered and I thought I would get that by selecting the most expensive option. In the end, my need to hold Bryce caused me to book my own flight, rent a car, and drive to pick up our wonderful new family member. Bryce is a great dog, great work by the breeder to socialize him and prepare him for our family. I cannot say enough positive things about him. He is healthy, loves people, and has been trained well. We are thankful we found Pawrade to expand our family. Overall positive experience, only issue was with the transportation unknowns.

Our puppy was in perfect shape. She was happy and joyful. No physical problems at all. She was NOT scared a bit. What a great job that was done with our baby girl.

We were so pleased with Pawrade. Their communication was exemplary. They answered our questions, sent videos and pics of Freya. I liked the app that allowed us to track when she would be arriving. They sent communication one step at a time so we weren’t overwhelmed. I have already referred someone to Pawrade.

Cute puppy was delivered. Unfortunately the puppy has a parasite (coccidia) so he has had diarrhea and vomiting since right after delivery. More care needs to be taken in this regard.

The actual delivery was a bit messed up. The driver tried to message my house phone several times, but it could not be done. We had no idea when the delivery would be made and ended up staying up half the night waiting. She was finally delivered the next morning at 7 a.m. The pup is in good condition and happy. She is busy getting acquainted with our two Chihuahuas and our large black panther cat.. She seems to be interested in all, so I think they will all be family soon!

We are thrilled with the newest addition to our family—our happy new puppy. However, I feel compelled to share my honest experience with the Pawrade service. The travel concierge responsible for arranging the puppy's transportation could have been more responsive. Urgent messages dictated by the travel timeline were not adequately addressed. The Airpanion service lacked transparency regarding delays in securing a nanny, which can take at least one to two weeks. Furthermore, since nannies fly standby, the puppy's arrival may be delayed further depending on their availability. This critical information should have been clearly communicated before buyers committed to using Airpanion or decided to travel independently to pick up their newly purchased puppy. Reaching the travel concierge by phone was nearly impossible, with responses on the message board taking 2–3 days. Additionally, the tone of communication lacked warmth and compassion, failing to make me feel valued as a customer

Georgie is the eighth pup that I have acquired from Pawrade. All of the pups are Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Georgie came to me in good heath and well socialized. He is having no trouble adjusting to his new home and his new pack of buddies. Please thank the breeder for the excellent care and socialization he gave Georgie before I adopted him.

There is an awful lot of red tape and a lot of Nickle and diming in getting a dog from Pawrade. We did end up with what appears to be an excellent dog for our needs and there is not likely to be another time because of our age but the costs in red tape could be reduced.
